Ordering golf products from Vice Golf is easy, simple and well worth the money! They are the only golf ball I have been using for 7 years. They feel better off the club, flight is true and green performance is OUTSTANDING!!!

Vice golf balls are great. I’ve used them exclusively for over 6 years.

Only issue I’ve had with Vice is reflective of many companies today. Customer service is done almost exclusively electronically. I’d give anything to tt a human.
My only reason to contact them was to get an explanation on their invoice. My issue was caused by a unique way of showing the discount I was expecting through their promotion.
I emailed. And did get a response within a day or so. But that response was that “the invoice is correct. The discount was applied”
I emailed back that it didn’t show that so they would need to explain their math.
Here is how it read:

Make sense to you?
Yeah didn’t to me either.
But it’s paid I have my balls. I just think life would be better for everyone if the house was done correctly.
I’m gonna give them this one because the second email pointed out that the pre discounted amt was $239.94.
Why isn’t that amt shown on the invoice?
Crazy.

I enjoyed my shopping experience at Vice because it was easy to navigate, inventory quantities were known and checkout was quick and simple. I will definitely shop here again.

When you care about the ball you tee up with, you care where it goes. Vice ball colors are easy to track at 140 mph. On the multicolored balls, you can really see the spin—I love that. I use certain balls for par threes, just in case I get that golden hole-in-one. I do wish I had gotten a black ball in the advent calendar; it would have been funny, like a lump of coal.

Oft keine Ware lieferbar in Standardgrößen, Griffe der Schläger sind nicht nachbestellbar, Deals Angebote verwirrend und eigentlich kein Deal. Generell sind aber Bälle, Handschuhe und auch Schläger recht gute Qualität. Lieferzeit durchschnittlich.

Due to the holidays this took a bit long to get, but he balls are beautiful, very easy to see on the course and hit very well. The glove I purchased was very soft and grippy. I am highly satisfied and highly recommend this products.

I have been using vice golf balls for years, and just recently got fitted into the VGI02 irons. they are awesome in everything i've used that Vice makes has been top notch

I am really enjoying the Vice Pro golf balls. I am getting the same or better distance with a nice soft feel. Performance around the green is also exceptional. I can get up to four rounds a ball if I don’t loose it 1st. The gloves are very nice and are now my go to. Service was great and communication was excellent. Thanks.

The Advent calendar is Awesome! My son thinks it’s the coolest thing, he can’t wait to see what cool ball he gets to open that day. On top of it Vice balls perform well.

Vice Pure gloves are simply the BEST! Fit is always great; hold their shape and have decent longevity.

I love the golf balls. I love the feel off the club face. Great performance off the tee, and around the greens. I have played both pro and pro plus. Will continue to keep buying these balls.

Didn’t get my full order. Never received the Vice Pro Trqcker

I placed an order that was meant to ship on 20 November. A week later, I still have no tracking number, no confirmed shipping date, and no clear answers from support.

I’ve received multiple conflicting replies including AI-generated responses and still don’t know whether my items have even left the warehouse. They seem to outsource their customer service and they are clueless about the order status.

I’ve asked for escalation several times, but nothing has been resolved.

I will update this review if the order is shipped or refunded, but at the moment the communication and delay have been extremely disappointing.

Edit: I submitted a dispute with my card issuer, which finally prompted a response - laughable really. Don’t buy from here. They’re now asking for my order number and probably going to reply that I did not answer their emails, but this is only after I submitted the dispute.

The part about them waiting for a response for the Polo is untrue - I replied hours after they informed me that the Polo is unavailable.
