The man that came to check my hot water tank is, a really nice man, he came last year and is always really polite and friendly, we always have a natter , he explains things well and is very thorough, he represents you well .

Nothing was too much trouble for them
Nothing was too much trouble for them. Call handler was polite and helpful. Plumber arrived fairly quick and sorted the issue out. Very polite and friendly. Thanks Team Vico!

Back of the queue again
I have had a Band A for 2 years, not had one offer! Yet, each property I apply for has the requirements of my Band A. Bypassed continuously, applicants that have had their Band A for a matter of Weeks or months being housed before me, on one case the guy had his band A the day before the advert for a property closed and he got the property. Choice Based Lettings is a total sham. The system being used by VICO Homes and formally WDH, is simply if your face fits or you know someone then you will get your choice of property, if not, you get bypassed
