Great products, well priced , good all round service

I have personally used Victorian sliders for almost 10 years and have read through a lot of the reviews on Trust Pilot, Some justified and some that seem to be a misunderstanding on who they are. They do not install windows they manufacture them for the trade ( like myself and others)

In the past ill be honest we have had a few cases of frustration regarding communication but over the last 2 to 3 years this has improved to the point that we have no issues recommending them and continue to use them as our core supplier of Vertical Sliding sash windows.

They operate on a value for money ethos, meaning you are not paying extra for an option just because other companies uplift for that same option - perfect example, we are able to offer toughened safety glass included as standard where other companies this would be an uplift or added extra.

The downside of this is a company that uses value for money ethos It can be misconstrued as cheap, I have been through almost all VS manufactured products in the UK market and even worked alongside them in the manufacturing process and Victorian Sliders has a stringent quality control and we have had zero product issues in my time with them.

To be a real review, there is always room for improvement and i know they are working on clearer updates on delivery dates and tracking.

The addition of the deep bottom rail has not been celebrated enough, we have been waiting on this option for over 4 years as it was going through testing and approvals and we got our first one last week, i would say it is a must have when designing your new sash windows.

We are Heritage Joinery and have been supplied by Victorian sliders for many years, and we are happy with the services and product.
If we have any issues, they are rectified very quickly.

We have had a great experience so far with Victorian sliders. We have been using them for just over a year. Delivery is fast, products of good quality and the service is 10/10.

I have 4 Victorian Sliders Sash Windows and one of them became faulty after eight years.
The level of support I received was very reassuring and I was promptly given the correct parts (replacement springs, shoes and covers) so that a repair could be done.
There is no one more happier than me with the level of customer service I received.

If you live on a busy road, I cannot stress higly enough to avoid these windows. Our 30+ year old double glazed windows were looking very tired and did not suit our cottage, so we decided to invest in some sash windows to add character. Big mistake.
Our house is now so noisy I have to keep checking that the windows are shut, which of course they are. These windows condensate badly, are draughty and let most of the traffic noise through. The brush seals are like those fitted to 90's sliding conservatory doors and are horrendous. Granted, the windows do look better than the old ones in style, but these were absolutely not worth a penny that we spent on them, and at nearly a grand each we feel we have completely wasted our money.
The fittings feel poor quality and they don't slide smoothly, one window was even grabbing the seal and forcing it up and out of its channel. This was sorted with some superglue but not what we expected for the money.
Not the fault of ecoslide, but due to a mistake with the order from our supplier, we didn't even get the off white woodgrain effect we asked for, so we are stuck with 4 grand's worth of bulky bright white UPVC white plastic windows that we were keen to avoid by going down the 'heritage' route.
Having said that, proper timber sash windows would have cost 5x the amount, so as with most things in life, you get what you pay for.

I’ve been an installer of VS for 15 years as a sole trader.
Now out the blue they won’t supply me and can only get the windows through a window Ltd company.
I have potentially 30 windows to order and they have rejected me ?
Strange things goings on ???? At this company?
Has anyone had this problem.
Or do you know of a trade supplier?
