Great company
Excellent product we have used for many years now. Very good value for money and well made windows. Great colour range and decorative glass etc. Customer service is excellent. Holly & Greta have been very good to us and always keep us informed.

Great customer service from a knowledgeable account manager !
We have been buying sash windows from Victorian sliders for just over a year now - the windows are really well made and great value . Gracie has been our account manager from the start and guided us with ease through the order process , explaining the different options we could have and advising on the trickle vents needed to cover the new building regs.
Emails are swiftly answered and calls quickly returned. If any issues do crop up then we know that Gracie will be on hand to help solve them.Great customer service from a knowledgeable account manager !

The staff members are always very helpful and polite, and very efficient and professional when dealing with my orders or any questions I need answering regarding their product.

Victorian Sliders
Charlotte is always nice to deal with as she is very friendly and the customer service/sales is great. The quality of the product is very good and we rarely have complaints from our clients and when these do happen, it is dealt with efficiently and quickly.
