I recently had the pleasure of having great customer service and help from Emily at Victorian Slider. They were always willing to go the extra mile to help me with what I needed. They were always prepared with the correct information and were very knowledgeable about their product & design brief. I would highly recommend this company and their customer service to anyone looking for a great customer experience.

the quote was set back quickly and as requested, then i had to change the quotation, and again very prompt and professional, i needed to ask a few technical questions and the response and knowledge was very good, very impressed.

It was a large order of 38 sash windows, The complete order went extremely smoothly from quotation through to signing of which was double checked before processing, Charlotte who dealt with the order was so helpful all the way through and kept an eye on all aspects of the order, The delivery was co-ordinated well and arrived on time, I was away during installation and it was important to me that everything came as per my order so my fitting teams only had to install and not deal with any complications.
The whole job went so well and the customer was very impressed with the product.

Purchased victorian sliders sash windows. Very disappointed in poor quality of them. Of 11 windows 4 have failed in first week. Spring loaded safety devices poor plastic design. Numerous emails requesting something be done. Still waiting response.

Have used Victorian Sliders for around 3 years now and Gracie in the sales team has been amazing! She is always helpful and keeps me up to date with the job progress for each and every order.

Bought sash and case windows from this company through a local builder and the aftersales of this company is awful as they are not interested. Noise protection is virtually non existent. Totally disappointed!

My advice would be to avoid.

These double glazed windows are not fit for purpose. We live in London and replaced all our mismatched older windows with these through a supplier and fitter and although we didn't expect double glazing to protect us from the outside completely , these windows manage to be far worse than the old 1980s windows (WITH cracks!). They provide virtually no protection from noise or draughts.. It has been a nightmare, and a complete waste of money.

Initially an agent came out and was helpful (blaming the fitting) and the fitter did come back and add more silicone but it made no difference as the problem is with the ill-fitting 'slide' element. The rep from Victoria sliders also siliconed a bit, same. No difference. Because it is the windows!

I have been told these are the cheapest glass available and together with the various elements that leak the outside in they have been a nightmare. Totally ruined our enjoyment of our new home.

Now the fitter has attended several times and there is no more he can do, Victoria sliders are ignoring us. Our supplier has been in touch several times and promised an answer. Nothing. I have been in touch through the agent that attended and through Head Office. Nothing...

I am in touch with FenSA and have been advised to try Trading Standards, which I will do.. but it doesn't help in the meantime.

Please contact me and I will send you videos I have taken which illustrates leakage and noise infiltration, which you can hear, as against cold which you only feel.

The ancillary equipment provided (i.e. keys and locks) are also cheap and shoddy, reflecting the windows themselves.

I purchased two sash windows through a local supplier in 2014. From the very beginning one of the windows did not close without having to climb onto the internal windowsill, fortunately the sill is only 18 inches from the floor, so despite it being a problem, it was something that I could live with.
In Summer 2019 it was noted that the seal had failed on the other window. I checked my paperwork and found that I had a 10 year guarantee. I spoke to the supplier when possible, given the Covid restrictions. They put the matter in hand. Despite repeated requests by the supplier, two years later the replacement unit...frame and glass! arrived. I collected it having arranged for someone to fit the replacement only to find that it was for the other window. This was in August/ September 2022.
I tried to contact Victorian Sliders and was told that they wouldn't speak to me, my complaint had to be made through the supplier. I understood that the supplier was having problems with them.
Eventually, the correct replacement, unit and glass, arrived at the suppliers. The "horns" hadn't been supplied which caused further aggravation. I managed to get in touch with the window fitter and he said that he could use the original ones.
The replacement unit was fitted, I paid the fitter despite it being under guarantee.
On cleaning the window today I noticed that there was some "streaking" on the glass. It appears that there are markings on the glass on the inside of the sealed unit.
Putting up with substandard products is something I am reluctant to accept,
However, it's unlikely that I will go through this ridiculously long episode of waiting for another replacement.
I may obtain a new sealed unit provided by a competent glass merchant, at my own cost.
I do not consider that these manufacturers are competent in both production and customer service.

If they fit windows like they drive, then avoid at all costs. Impatient and dangerous drivers

We had a window arrive with the incorrect cill it was grey instead of white ,
We reported this to customer care on the 27th January 23 and have tried constantly to have a replacement sent out to us ,We had to pay for the windows upon placing the order but they are less than helpful when you need replacement parts after 17 days we are still waiting ,would never use them again ,

Wish I had gone elsewhere,we had sash windows from this company via our contractor,the first rain and they leaked , contractor came to see if he could solve the issue but the next storm came and the lounge was sodden, we thought it was a fitting problem so asked an independant fitter to check his conclusion windows defect. Our contractor managed to get a Victorian Slider engineer out who said oh its a fitting issue but I will silicon this area and the problem would be solved. Utter garbage the windows still leak causing alot of expensive damage. Next stop solicitors.
UPDATE
Called on 11/08/23 as requested by Victorian Sliders to be told the manager dealing with my complaint was in a meeting and that I would be called back when he was finished, today is 01/09/23 and still NO Call I wish 0 stars was an option.

I have bought some windows made by this company through one of them supplier . The sliding windows came faulty , because the springs are too tight , so I can not open them . The supplier could not do anything , so I called them directly to solve the problem . A lady on the phone , when she understood the issue , did not let me speak and hang up the phone abruptly.
I would not recommend this company to my worst enemy abruptly

My builder is having nightmares with the sales and customer services. The windows we have on order with them are a month overdue with no honest or believable update. What is most astonishing for a company of their size is their customer facing staff don't even bother to look up the status of the order within their production. Their lies are hilarious. Paid months ago, 27 phone calls, more emails than you should ever need to send but just total rubbish and never call my builder back. When we do the rest of my developments I have told builder not to use Victorian Sliders on any of my jobs.

This company is absolutely shocking after sales terrible.The only time you here from them is for payment and we spent alot per month avoid this company go to Quickslide 10 times better

Ecoslide windows are manufactured to a high standard. Specialists in sash double glazed sliders creating the perfect windows for any home.
Beth at Customer Care has been absolutely helpful and knowledgeable with my queries, always offering good advice. Engineer Chris took meticulous care with his work. Thank you Beth and Ecoslide for the quality of both product and after sales care.
