Skeptical at first, I was impressed with the sophistication of their service. Hayley Harper, my main contact person (the "matchmaker") was highly professional, warm, caring, and empathic.

I am so happy that Chrissy H. was my matchmaker during my VIDA Select experience! She was helpful, responsive, knowledgeable, and thoughtful with such a postive attitude with me. She even set up a call with me on a Sunday morning which I thought was great!

Overall, this service and experience was very helpful and I'm dating a beautiful lady I met on Match with long term expectations. I woudn't be here without VIDA Select motivating me to "get off my couch" and take action about starting a dating life. They are supportive and responsive. I'm grateful for this positive experience.

Working with my matchmaker Nabeelah was such a pleasant experience. From setting up and confirming profile information, picking the right pictures to reviewing matches, Nabeelah makes you feel as though you are her only client! I highly recommend the service and Nabeelah!

My experience with VIDA Select was great! My recommendation is to ensure that you and the team have a clear understanding of what “you” are looking for in a soulmate in the beginning. Also, respond promptly and accurately to all emails from the team. If you follow those steps, then you will be fine!

Due to the poor dating climate during this time, I decided to utilize this service. My matchmaker Aeilar was great! Aeilar was prompt and thorough, ensuring that I received all of the needed information and my questions were answered. I also received notice of off days, and who the replacement was for that day. I highly recommend Aeilar if you can request a specific matchmaker. Overall, her and the team were wonderful!

I made a great connection through this service, and we are still communicating. The connection is getting stronger by the day, so I’m very excited about my social life this year! 😊🥰 The results will vary by person, but this was a great financial investment. I encourage all to know what you are looking for and to have an open mind. Had an amazing experience with Vida! My matchmakers Lorraine and Nordika (worked with them both while one was on break) made a huge difference in the experience. Attentive, thoughtful, helpful when I had a wide range of questions (and I had a LOT) and very understanding. Can not speak more highly of them.

The technical set up side was a little wonky at first, but Nordika made sure nothing went up that I wasn't satisfied with so that was great, just took a bit longer. It's great to have people vetting and sourcing people for you without you having to think about it. Tough to relinquish power at first, but then it's a good thing to sit back and not get too attached.

I only stopped because I had unexpected scheduling issues that made me pause, but I'll be back. I've thankfully already had a meaningful match in one month that's worth exploring!

(This is a 4.5 star review) My Vida sherpa was great. Friendly, helpful, easy to work with, responded quickly. She gets five stars. The team working with her gets 3.5 stars — they are good, not great, not terrible. It was very helpful to have them creating first drafts of everything. But I did a fair amount of editing to get to the final profile wording. Also, the profile photos they chose were weird. No matches with the photos they selected, so I tossed out their photos and chose the photos myself. Once we got profiles set up on all the sites, everything was smooth sailing. So, so helpful to have them doing the initial outreach and banter. I don’t know how people would do all that on their own. The bottom line: Vida is 100% worth it. I’d previously spent thousands of dollars on “luxury” professional matchmakers — low yield; total waste of money. Vida worked in two months — I’m now dating someone seriously.

She took time to get to know me and was always available to email or talk. While not perfect, anything I had a problem or question with they would explain or try to fix. If you’re very busy or just don’t want to go through this process alone, I recommend Vida Select for your “shopping” needs!😉

If you are busy this is a great option! I didn't have time to chat with numerous people and keep things going, so the team did this for me. Francesca was wonderful at keeping me updated and responding to my questions and feedback. While not perfect, they are open to feedback along the way and adjust accordingly. Haven't found "the one" but optimistic.

Vida Select and Kedi did an amazing job at helping me find people that I found attractive and interesting that ultimately lead to face to face dates. Vida Select was a great experience for me. Like most I was starting to think of dating as a second job. The needless communication that went nowhere, the inability to think of creative banter, weeding out the wierdos..it felt overwhelming. That's where VIDA came in to help me message a number of people each week. From there, I was asked my opinion on the matches for the week. As one would expect, some I agreed to and others not so much what I was looking for. It led to several dates which I was pleased with and I am currently seeing someone based on their recommendation. Now, I do have to say that I was told they had BOTH an internal pool as well as use of the apps. However, that did not seem to be the case as ALL my matches were from the apps. Additionally, it was not disclosed upfront that you will need to pay for memberships on the apps-that's an extra 100-300/month roughly. Overall, I would do it again because I did not want any longterm contracts and it was still more affordable than other options. My matchmaker KEDI was amazing and extremely communicative. She knew exactly what I was looking for and sought those individuals out for me.

I'm not one for writing reviews; I like to keep my personal behaviors and purchases private. But I'm compelled to write about VIDA. It was such a surprisingly positive experience that they deserve it.

I was beginning to think the problem was me, after many unsuccessful attempts at the dating sites and, frankly, two other personal dating services. After doing my own research, I decided VIDA "might" have a different approach that was worth trying. What did I have to lose?

I spent several calls and received focused and personalized attention from Lisa R. and felt that I was heard. They had good responses to my barrage of questions and skepticism. Lisa R. was patient and professional.

Then, I was introduced to Francesca Wright and her team. I was provided with the "oh, yes, we'll do a fantastic job and you'll be very pleased" speech, and waited for them to follow through. One piece at a time, I saw their work come together. The preparation was methodical. I still had not reason to be optimistic, because anyone can put work into getting you prepared.

Then, I began to see their deliverables, from the profile writing to the photographs. Quite an improvement, still me, but a me that really captured who I am, who I believe I am, and what I really wanted to present.

Then we went to market, so to speak. And, within literally days, I started to see results. The women I was interested in talking to were not only responding, but I was being reached out to - for the very first time. In some cases, I was in disbelief, not that I don't deserve, but that I had never seen this before. Not everyone was a match, of course, but it was up to me and my new "friend" to decide that. Their initial writing got me to a point where their was continued interest and I was able to seamlessly begin meaningful conversations.

The rest is up to me, of course, as it should be. I've had wonderful real-world experiences. I could say I've found the "one" but only time will tell.

My matchmaker, Shyne, worked all weekend to get my profile up on a Sunday evening. She was excellent! She gave good advice on how to handle different situations and what to wear on dates. She served as a go between for all the other people working on my team. Everyone was pleasant and helpful!

The experience overall was very positive. Shyne was great to work with, helpful and accessible. Martha the picture person was great and got good tips from the wardrobe person. I liked the writer I had - pretty humrous, appropriate and creative at times.

VIDA is the real thing. I have been working with Shyne and she is a pleasure to work with. They have done everything they said they would and I'm going to continue with her until I find exactly what I am looking for.
