Please give this company a wide berth. The quality is poor and one of the panels of the filing cabinet was stuck inside the other when it arrived. I had to get someone with a special tool to get it apart. But I wish I hadn't bothered and had sent it back there and then. There were so many parts, all thin and flimsy and it literally took hours, additional tools and a lot of blood sweat and tears to put it together due to the flimsy parts and extremely poor instructions which quite honestly were a joke. Still not happy with end product.

El somier es MALÍSIMO
El somier es MALÍSIMO. Todos los tornillos juntos en una misma bolsa, sin compartimentalizar. Se atornillan directamente a la madera, lo cual hace que esta acabe cediendo y la estructura se afloje (nada más montarlos, sin llegar a estrenarlos). Una pésima calidad, no recomendaría comprar sus productos en absoluto.

Ich hatte von 2,5 Jahren ein Hochbeet aus Cortenstahl gekauft. Dieses Hochbeet ist kurz nach Ablauf der Garantie an einer Seite durchgerostet. Nach einigem Hin- und Her bot man mir 45€ Erstattung an, ich brauchte aber diese Bleche als Ersatzteil. Die Firma ist aber nicht in der Lage, Ersatzteile zu besorgen und zu liefern. Seitdem gibt es per Mail nur noch Ausflüchte etc.

vidaXL Patio Half Round Tree Bench | Solid Eucalyptus Wood Ideal for Outdoor Environment
The product in question was manufactured by VidaXL LLC and sold through the Amazon marketplace by the third-party seller KART IT.
This is not a standard return request. This furniture arrived with a latent biological defect: a live termite infestation embedded deep within the wood during the manufacturing or supply chain process. Because termites chew from the inside out, it took months for this hidden infestation to break through the surface. It has now completely hollowed out the frame, destroying the chairs and presenting a severe, destructive threat to my residential property.
I have attached undeniable photographic and video evidence showing hundreds of active, live termites swarming the destroyed wooden channels.
Both KART IT and VidaXL LLC have flatly denied responsibility, hiding behind the standard 30-day timeline and entirely ignoring the biological nature of wood-boring pests. Furthermore, Amazon’s automated system is demanding that I pack up and ship an active, live insect infestation back through the commercial courier network to get a refund. Forcing a consumer to mail a living biological hazard is a massive safety and transit risk.

After I posted on Trust Pilot, someone from VidaXL reached out to fix the issue that I had been working on with customer service on. The item was out of stock and after months, they sent me a refund. Useless, not worth the hassle.

Flat pack is fine, built multiple flat packs from other companies week prior, but this seemed rather extreme. All the screws mixed together. Mental, would not recommend.

I don't normally do Trustpilot reviews but having never heard of this company before I did search them and was put off by the low score here. I wasn't going to order but then saw they had an association with my shopping service which gave me confidence that vidaXL.com is legit. I'm happy I did place the order, the raised beds I purchased came quickly and were absolutely perfect for my needs. The pictorial instructions are fine if you take the time to go over them and take stock of your parts before starting assembly. Non-service customer service
I bought shelves from their company, first from Wayfair (who listed it as a different brand name) but their instructions don't make sense, so I bought other shelves from Home Depot, but these, too, were Vidaxl shelves under a different brand name. Their instructions have no words on them and aren't as clear as Ikea instructions. I asked for help, and I spoke with 9 DIFFERENT PEOPLE, who kept asking for the same info, acted like they were going to help me, but then told me to contact the reseller. Those sites aren't going to understand their product since they're just reselling. They refused to answer a very simple question, and all their answers were so copy and paste I'm beginning to think I am talking to bots. Do NOT do business with this company, they don't support their products.
-Edit- Their reply shows their unwillingness to help. It doesn't matter that I bought the products on Wayfair or Home Depot. Both of those are resellers and they are not at all familiar with the product. Vidaxl still got their money for the product, so I am still a customer despite where I purchased it. I talked with at least 9 different people who collected my info only to refuse to help me. NEVER do business with this company. It's ridiculous that they will only answer if I purchase directly through them.
-2nd edit- AGAIN, why would a reseller be able to answer a question on installing YOUR PRODUCT when they have never installed it themselves? Why just flat out refuse to answer how to install it? They've never taken it out of the box. Your company MADE IT. I don't know why you just refuse to answer. You're just proving to everyone that your customer service is atrocious the more you refuse to answer.

Product wrong delivered, cant call them so ive sent now more then 20 emails for returning the product and receive the good one. The same answer over and over. Send pictures and the sku number already 3 times but no reaction. Now already busy for 2 weeks to return this product
