Item very poor quality and two payments taken from my account for one item ordered and received, and I only received one notification from my bank.
The invoice they send is no able to open

The table is nice and though lightweight seems sturdy. I bought it because of its ability to be raised and lowered. My only complaint is that it arrived with two deep (and long) scratches on the tabletop.

The box is big but i wish it was more sturdy the wood uses to make it is very thin, other than that it looks very nice

I have ordered four products from VidaXL. The first three were great, and as expected! The fourth one arrived, and was not in good condition. I’m not sure what happened to it, but anyways, VidaXL respected my wish to return it, and I got a refund in a timely manner after. Shipping back a cabinet isn’t convenient, but I’m glad the company was easy to work with and covered return shipping as well. I would definitely order from them again!

Very good product

One piece wouldn't insert into the intended receiving slot without extreme effort. Some pieces were slightly dented. VidaXL Label did not remove without chemical help and elbow grease.

Great for keeping out pest. I bought 3 they are doing a great job for me. Easy to assemble

Recentelijk een hoekbureau bij vidaXl gekocht. Prijskwaliteit verhouding was redelijk, tot dat ik te maken kreeg met de klantenservice. Er ontbrak een onderdeel van mijn bestellen. Deze zou ik zo snel mogelijk toegestuurd kregen. Echter na 4 dagen bleek dat ineens onmogelijk en moest het hele bureau teruggestuurd worden zodat zij vervolgens een nieuw bureau konden opsturen of ik mijn geld terug kon krijgen. Gezien de haast die ik bij het bureau had, vroeg ik of het missende onderdeel niet uit een andere doos gehaald on worden, maar dit kon niet er moest een volledig nieuw bureau opgestuurd worden en dit kon pas als de andere retour was ontvangen. Dit had mijn voorkeur niet dus wou ik het volledige bureau retourneren en mijn geld terug. Het retour kon alleen tussen dinsdag en vrijdag tussen 8 en 5. Toen ik vermelde dat ik op die tijden aan het werk ben en graag op zaterdag retour zou willen sturen, werd mij verteld dat ik maar vrij moest nemen. Vervolgens was het uiteindelijk toch ineens mogelijk om een nieuw onderdeel te krijgen. De doos waar het onderdeel in zou zitten zou mij toegestuurd worden. Gisteren na bijna twee weken deze doos ontvangen, en uiteraard was het de verkeerde doos. Om vervolgens de klantenservice te bereiken blijkt ook onmogelijk via de chat functie en toen ik zonet de klantenservice belde en vroeg om contact met een persoon die wel direct het probleem kon oplossen, werd mij verteld dat dat niet mocht en beëindigde de betreffende mevrouw direct het telefoon gesprek. (De standaard medewerkens hebben geen bevoegdheid en mogen niet van protocol afwijken dus kunnen eigenlijk niks voor je doen). Al met al een verschrikkelijke service ontvangen met nu al 2 weken later nog steeds geen vervangend product, onderdeel of geld terug ontvangen. Ben je opzoek naar een niet al te duur bureau of iets in die richting, ben je toch veel beter af bij een IKEA of Jysk.

Great purchasing experience, on time delivery, good quality wood. Putting together the bed was a real hassle. The bed comes completely disassembled (like a cool project for an amateur woodworker). Some of the holes for the screws were not on the right place so I had to use some tools to make them myself. Other than that, the bed is beautiful. I am rating a 3 because of the assembling portion of my experience.

Company refuses a full refund. I realized it is the wrong product and requested refund. Company insisted that I tell how product is “defective.” Rigid refusal to consider full refund in light of circumstances is disappointing and poor customer service.

Guys never share your credit card with them they are scammers they get payments from my account 2 times and i have all the proof

This product is great. It's sturdy, easy assembly, and beautiful when complete.

BEWARE THIS COMPANY WILL STEAL YOUR MONEY. I placed an order for a console table and it arrived completely broken. There is no number to call. VidaXL responded to my online form and said that I must repackage, print a label, arrange shipment, and threatened to keep my money if they find the table comes back in bad condition. The irony is that they sent me a completely broken table with a box I can’t ship back in. They will not call me. They will not send me a label. They will not refund my money. Do NOT order from here. They are costing me money and time. I still have not gotten my money back and I am going to have to contact Amex to file a report to the BBB.

I love the extensive selection of unique designs made of real wood! The prices are totally reasonable for the quality of the materials. I have a small budget but was able to find many gorgeous options in my price range.

I had a minor problem with my reclaimed wood TV cabinet, and VidaXl corrected the issue almost instantly, offering me 3 different options. The furniture and the customer service are equally impressive.

With the exception of the directions not being very clear and the drawings being too small and one piece missing, everything else was wells done .

You sent the wrong size item and it was damaged and the packaging was in horrible condition.

I asked for a replacement and instead you processed it as a return and made me reorder it.

I have gotten multiple conflicting instructions from multiple people. It’s very frustrating.

I’m concerned about the product because it looks thin and cheap and like it won’t even hold dirt!

I bought through Kogan a black sink from VidaXL and found when if was removed from the packaging that what ai received and what they advertised were 2 different things....the sink I received has an overflow and cannot be used in the kitchen...no where in their description does it say that the sink contains an overflow..if it had I would not have bought it...after weeks of emails back & forth their resolution was to offer me a refund of a $150 for a $286 sink....what a joke....do not purchase from VidaXL or from Kogan there is no support or care for their customers at all....totally disgusted....
