at first i was happy with their service…

at first i was happy with their service and product...
the packages took a long time to arrive but they compensated when there was a problem...

the customer service is really slow... its hard to actually get your matters across.
suddenly they stopped selling and shipping to iceland... where i live.
and while that happened, i was waiting for shipments.
the products arrived and two of the shelf units were completely diffected. i also ordered a sofa, which turned out to be terribly hard and uncomfortable to sit on.
i started sending emails. they were never answered. the warranty on the products remain even though i cant order again.
i tried to reach them through the chat and i had to try to talk to many different agents, that just closed the chat on me and didnt listen. one wanted to offer a really low amount back and another told me that they couldnt do anything about the sofa and didnt even answer with the actual defected products.
all my good feelings towards this company have lowered. i havent even opened all the packages and im not looking forward to it. if anything is defected, i will not get my money back.
they are selling me furniture that looks second hand and broken.
this is just terrible.
so at this time... i do not recommend them...
a store that doesnt answer customers and help them when something goes wrong, is not right. companys is trusted with our money and then they keep it.
that is against the law and should not be okay.

Scammy website

They lie about their shipping service. They will quote you a couple of days for shipping before you order and when you contact them they'll admit it takes over a month.

The entire site feels cobbled together and hardly anything works such as clicking on tracking. Apple pay doesn't work either, wouldn't surprise me if Apple shut it down due to complaints.

Not worth the hassle. Stay away.

Terrible service

Terrible service, products not delivered, no sending number so can’t find the things I bought. Being on two hours on hold and when you send emails it’s in Estonian.

Delivery and customer service unreliable

We made our order on 12 Dec and it only arrived on 9 Jan despite the website claiming that our product would arrive in 2-3 days...they really need to edit that because at this point it's just false advertisement. We wouldn't have minded waiting if it was told to us beforehand but the two times we contacted their customer service, they only gave us the generic response with a link that did not give much details on the status of our package.

The product is decent, we got the foldable laundry hamper for 5.500 kr. Ot was easy to assemble although it doesn't look sturdy. I guess you get what you pay for. Probably wouldn't buy here again until they sort out the delivery days issue.

Update: My order number is #0354000036257

Lorand contacted me through email and explain the matter regarding shipping. I still think they need to train their customer service at being anle to properly explain how their delivery works so there wouldn't be any confusion on the customer side. Also fix the 'delivery' days to reflect when customer will actually receive the item.

To anyone who would like to purchase here, be sure to buy it one month before you need it because the 2-3 days delivery is not gonna happen.

I have been in touch with the customer service and they just tell me I have to wait 19 more days. Then I can contact them again if I haven't received it.

The website claims 1–2 day shipping, but my order wasn’t even sent after two weeks. They also hide the fact that the product ships from abroad — there is no information about this anywhere. All replies are automatic, and there seems to be no real person who can confirm anything. The tracking number only shows that a label was printed.

Overall, the service feels dishonest, unprofessional, and extremely frustrating. I do not recommend this company.

Pantaði lítið gróðurhús, þar sem gluggarnir voru úr þykku glæru plasti og hillurnar og stengurnar úr áli. Þetta kostaði litlar 14 þús. krónur. Ég get staðið inn í því, en þetta er gróðurhús með 8 hillum í stærðinni 143x143x195 cm. Það tók u.þ.b. 10 daga að koma heim að dyrum hjá mér (enda er fyrirtækið staðsett í Limburg í Hollandi fyrir þá sem panta frá Íslandi) og ég er mjög ánægð með það.
