Unfortunately, on far too many occasions, I would check on the site and it would be down. One time it took them over a week to get the site back up. Due to the very poor hosting experience, I decided to transfer my 3 page, simple site. Even though the contract calls for the work product to be delivered to me, VideoJeeves will not give me the files without paying a $999 ransom. I know have to pay to have my site recreated. This company now sounds like a couple individuals on cell phones and gmail accounts scamming its customer. Stay clear from this company. Far too many choices. Do not make the same mistake that I did.
