VidPros ROCKS!! I've been with them for six years now and have loved every second of it.

They are professional, fun to work with, and you truly do build a deep connection with your personal editors. They've earned full creative discretion from my end and have helped me edit courses, short form REELS, YouTube/Podcast videos, thumbnails, graphics for the videos, source audio, and more.

Honestly, my business wouldn't exist without them! I particularly love having a dedicated editor (now 3 of them!) and their fractional packages are super easy to manage.

I have had one of the editors for all six years, and have had the others for about two years now. You never have to worry about rotating editors, and they have a substitute in place for sick and vacation days. They feel like a natural extension of my in-house team.

In these six years, we've never had any billing issues and the admin side is super easy to handle. They've never once pressured me to add hours and yet I've upgraded from one editor at 2 hours per day to now 3 editors at (6/4/2 hours each).

What I love most is that I can work on a project all day and wake up to edits. Plus, the team has really gotten to know my brand and performs edits in a way that feels natural to who I am and what we sell.

Weird experience! Weird sales people. I put a request out on UW for a video editor, for a reel. They reached out to me and offered to provide one sample video for $12 - so I was like awesome. I sent him an offer to start the work - the salesperson Joe then sends me a message saying - we don't provide free work. What the actual h-e-double hockey sticks. I actually really loved their editing style too, but straight up weird behavior is sending me elsewhere.

I’ve really enjoyed working with my editor. Mirian is patient and extremely talented. She seems to be able to do any creative thing I ask for!! The turnaround has been great and the quality of my videos has been outstanding! This service saves me so much time and pressure. I’m glad I chose them because I was definitely skeptical.

Its been great! My first editor was good and in the process of working with them they realized that another editor may be better for me to work with, so they both edited the same video for me for no extra charge and sure enough the suggested editor was better so they made the switch. Really great customer service and offering, very transparent which is difficult to find when getting a video ediro.
