Hi Cátia thank you for your review. The import country, in your case, is Portugal and each country's duties and charges are set by the Government of the importing country. This is highlighted to you at the beginning of the sales process as we believe in being as transparent as possible. When importing to a UK company we always pick these charges up directly as we are UK based.
I hope we will be able to work together again in the future and that you find the video brochures are a great success for your company.
Doubled Our Pitch Meetings
Using the video card as part of our new business process has corresponded with a doubling of pitch meetings, so impressed have potential clients been with the mechanic of the card and our accompanying video. So thanks to Vidioh who were straight-forward and efficient in all aspects of the planning, creation and delivery process.

I run a video marketing agency working…
I run a video marketing agency working towards large technology-oriented clients. I have used Vidioh on around twenty video card projects over the last few years and they have never, ever, let me down. They have often dealt with difficult situations, the kind you get when a client changes plans on you at the last moment, or the planes are grounded, and they have always stayed calm and professional and done their level best to make things work out. I have no hesitation in recommending the team, particularly Alicia, Lucy, Jamie, Katie and John in the Studio. The quality of the cards is excellent, the pricing is good, but the service commitment is what I come back for every time. I have worked with other companies when the client insists, or where geography dictates, but I have invested fifteen years of graft in building my reputation to deliver a quality outcome that wins new business and I would not choose to put my reputation in the hands of any other video card company.

The staff at Vidioh are brilliant
The staff at Vidioh are brilliant. They are really helpful every step of the way. They offered advice on the best solution for my customer and when it came to placing the order the whole team were there to guide me through it. The delivery was on time and the finished product was perfect.
