As an expat family buying our first home in The Hague, Anne at Viisi was exactly the advisor we needed.

When we finally won on the sixth attempt, everything moved incredibly fast: from our first meeting on 21 April to mortgage approval by Obvion on 12 May was just 21 days.
Anne structured our mortgage thoughtfully around our specific situation — single income, 30% tax ruling, and future proceeds from a property in Indonesia. When the taxatie came in lower than expected, she was honest about it and proactively tried to recover the difference, even if ultimately unsuccessful.
