Deni is an advanced professional in the field of Dutch Mortgages and he has answers to all questions you may have whether linked directly to banks or in general to the purchase. Would certainly recommend him for the best services as he always has the customer goals in mind.

As an expat who knows little about local situation and research geek, I interviewed 5-6 mortgage advisors initially just to decide who to go with.

We are expats in the Netherlands and, as you might imagine, inexperienced first-time buyers, so we needed experts to inform us about opportunities, requirements, and of course, the process of getting a mortgage. We worked with Anne van Ginkel. Our experience was excellent. Anne gave us good suggestions about our mortgage, process was rather fast. Anna was always in touch and answered clearly all our questions. We are going to contact Viisi one more time in case of our future mortgage.

Communication was great. Patrick gave a very clear presentation on how to apply, what I need to do, and what choices I have. I also really like the progress bar in emails that tells where am I. Sonia was also very helpful with documents and check all the documents. Highly recommended.

As a foreigner that does not speak Dutch, I was very concerned on how to arrange all the financial documents for the mortgage.
