The first pair of these binoculars I received had a faulty eyepiece. I telephoned Viking Optical and they arranged for them to be replaced immediately. The turnaround was remarkably quick and efficient and was done so without quibble. The binoculars themselves are really very good indeed and worth the money which, by the way, was less expensive than any other retailer.
Dealing with Viking Optical was straightforward. They were polite,friendly,efficient and good value.

Broken eyepiece mount
I recently managed to break off the left hand eyepiece mount on my 8 year old Viking binoculars. I thought that would be the end of them, but my nearby centre replaced all parts, including free new rubber eyecaps, for a very reasonable price. First class service, as always.

I am blown away by every aspect of Viking; it's speed, comms and value for money.
I cannot believe that I got my Suunto MB-6 Global for only £75! It's £99 everywhere else! And I got free p&p for next day delivery, I kid you not! I actually thought that the description must have been wrong. I am well chuffed with this company. Thank you so very much Viking!

Totally professional
Arrived next day following order and package was extremely well wrapped, and I knew exactly when it was due to arrive. Every aspect of ordering and packaging and delivery was totally professional.
