Ordered 2 dresses. If I could leave zero stars I would. They arrived and were poor quality and too large. I have repeatedly tried to reach them with no response. This is clearly a scam company. Do not purchase anything from them.

The dress was not at all as described or pictured. There were no buttons and no embroidery as stated. The material was as cheap as could be. Do not buy from this company.

DO NOT ORDER from this scammer! TERRIBLE quality... Ordered 4 linen dresses and received some cheap synthetic rayon dresses made in China... and when you try to return them they play games offering you 20% refund, then 35% to suggest you shouldn't bother sending them back to China... which is $60+... and then the address they send you use NONE of the shippers will send to... I dont know if the address is not complete, or what the issue is. I ended up disputing the charge... what a pain in the butt!

I ordered three garments from Violet and Grace. I am trying to return all three items and I have gotten 0 response. The fabrics are or poor quality, the sewing quality is poor with zig-zag finishing on the ruffle and sleeve edges. The fabrics are scratchy. All items are of poor quality. I would not wear them to a Halloween party. I want my return authorization. They say hassle free returns.

The product I received was not representative of the pictures. Their website states you can return products, but this is incorrect. These products are coming from China and they will not give you a refund. I finally got an agreement for 30% back of the original payment price poor business practices and horrible customer service. Do not buy from this company.

This place is a scam. The website looks like it is located in the US however, the clothes are shipped from China. The website says, "hassle free returns, 30 day money back guarantee". What it fails to say is that you have to pay the return shipping to China! I wanted to return both items because they were falsely advertised on their site. One stated it was a cotton/linen blend when it was 100% polyester! Also, every time I tried to contact customer service to ask how to return the items, it took 2-4 days for a response. I finally settled on 20% credit because shipping them back would've cost more. DON'T FALL FOR THIS SCAM!

I give it a zero if I could. Ordered what looks like a nice dress that came crammed into a bag. At best, dress was the quality of a kids Halloween costume from Target. Website says free/easy returns. The catch is that you have to mail it to China with tracking. I took it to mail and it was going to cost me $135 for a 1” thickness, 6x6 plastic mailing package. I checked couple of other options, and the cheapest return price I could find was $110.I have contacted this company multiple times and what they are offering is for me to keep the dress with a 30% Max refund. Although it looks as though this company is run out of the East Coast. It is a 100% China run company. No one answers at the phone number that is listed on website. DO NOT buy from this company. Total scam!

I’m super picky about materials, but the cotton set I ordered is okay. I would give it a 3/5, it came fast though
