Ordered six jelly jars
from Vir Ventures. Arrived on time via FedEx, but three were totally smashed, with glass chards everywhere. I carefully bundled the mess in newspaper and dumped it.
Notified Vir Ventures, who requested a photograph, which I was unwilling to provide since the mess was in the garbage. I suggested they talk to Amazon, since my record should be good- unlikely for a swindler. Received no response. Will try out the Amazon guarantee next. Vir Ventures ratings are awful, so why does Amazon retain them as providers?
Check before you buy from Amazon, buyer beware.

Experience is currently extremely bad, no communication with me other than taking payment via ebay then telling me they can't supply my order. AVOID AT ALL COST.

Horrible service. VM full when you call their number. Opened a PayPal dispute for damaged item on arrival in extremely poor packaging. Caveat emptor !

company just cancelled my order that i placed on amazon for no reason no notice. tried to call them no one available you will hear and the voicemail is full appears to be a scammer company

This dresser is absolutely beautiful BUT it's sold in so many OTHER places. if you work hard for your money like I do and don't want to be ripped off. DONT NOT PURCHASE FROM THIS SELLER "VIRVENTURE" I PURCHASED TWO DRESSERS FOR $409, WITHIN A DAY OF ORDERING I REALIZED THEY WOULD BE TOO BIG FOR THE SPACE SO I CANCELED THEM WHILE THEY WERE STILL PROCESSING PROCESSING.. MIRACULOUSLY THEY WENT FROM PROCESSING TO SHIPPING WHICH MADE IT IMPOSSIBLE FOR ME TO CANCEL. WHEN THEY WERE DELIVERED I PUT A RETURN LABEL ON THEM AND SHIP THEM RIGHT BACK TO THE COMPANY. VIRVENTURE TOOK ALMOST $100 AND RESTOCKING FEE FROM MY REFUND AND TOLD ME THAT THE ITEMS WERE NOT IN SELLABLE CONDITION WHEN THESE ITEMS WERE NEVER EVEN OPENED NOR TOUCHED. I ALSO CONTACTED FEDEX AND THEY STATED THAT THOSE ITEMS WERE DELIVERED APPROPRIATELY AND PROPERLY AND UNDAMAGED. USUALLY I READ THE REVIEWS BEFORE I PURCHASE AND OF COURSE YOU ONLY SEE THE GOOD ONES BUT IF YOU GO TO OTHER SITES YOU WILL SEE THE ACTUAL HORRIBLE REVIEWS FROM THIS COMPANY.BE-WARE

Placed an order with these guys via Sears.com three weeks ago. I got an email reply two days after I ordered saying they no longer sold the item and that *I* needed to call and cancel. I called. No answer. Voicemail full. Again. Again. Again. For three weeks, twice a day. Got an email with an alternative phone number. Nobody answers. No response to MULTIPLE voicemails. The only email replies you get are automated and nobody ever responds.
Avoid this company like the plague.

Will not order from Vir Ventures again.
Ordered an item on Jan 27, 2021. My credit card was charged on Feb 9. As of Apr 16, I still have not received the item.
Customer service does not exist. Doesn't answer phone or respond to phone or email messages.

Do not buy from this company. They are deceitful and have terrible customer service

The worst customer service I have ever experienced. I ordered a sofa on Amazon, and the fulfiller was Virventures. They keep promising the sofa will arrive week after week. It's been a month now. They keep misleading me over email and phone. Untrustworthy. Garbage.

This company will falsely advertise their products and blame YOU for the problem. Do not buy from this site!

Ordered an item on Amazon, received one of two. Have asked for a refund, the day I received the item. Sam and Chad with the customer service department only ask for more time. The response they give Amazon are lies. They have delayed for over week. And with the lies to Amazon the claim has been closed and had to reopen. Avoid this company. They mislead customers with their listings and refuse to make it right

The item was worth the deal. Good shopping experience.

Customer service is really wonderful. Had an issue regarding a damaged item and the rep resolved my complaint swiftly. Great going!!!

I ordered something from them and they falsely put down information that you certainly did not get what was to be. I tried get in contact with them for almost 3 weeks with the same automated response of pls be patient and they will contact you for the shipping label etc. They were driving me bonkers and really the whole situation was weighing very heavy. So I finally called my cc company and they are now going to help investigate this so that I can get the label to return their product and get my money back. Never ever will I ever deal this company ever again.

Scam!!! Do not use them to keep your money safe!!!

Horrible experience with this company. They shipped the wrong item and then I had to pay shipping back to them to get a partial refund. I would never do business with a company like this again. Their better business bureau rating is D+ and here's what it says on the website:

"Since November 2016, the BBB Houston began receiving several complaints that are continuing to exhibiting the follow pattern into 2020.

According to the consumer’s disputes, AmiVentures, Inc. and its related companies (Virventures) sell products through the Walmart.com and Amazon.com web-site as a third party vendor. Complaints state products purchased based on the picture and description, are not what is received. Consumers state there is no way to contact the seller to dispute the purchase through the site. Complaints also state when they are able to reach the company, they receive poor customer service. Consumers stated, when the wrong product is received, an exchange or refund will not be processed until the wrong product is returned. They also stated difficulty in returning products and getting refunds in a timely manner."

I did manage to get my money back. I started by filing a complain with Amazon A-to-Z guarantee which set the stage, a Better Business Bureau complaint against Virventures which gave me the proof that they weren't following their own policies and then back to Amazon.

I ordered 3 Dog hoodies on 9/29. I ordered sizes according to past purchases at other vendors. When I received the "medium", it was like an XXSmall, and the
"large" was like an XSmall, making them useless. Virventures originally said would refund, but sent me return label which I couldn't print. I notified company didn't have printer and things have escalated since. Basically, I am being ripped of for $52.71. As a senior citizen and a DAV, I find this appalling.
They didn't disclose the sizing disparity, I purchased 3 medium hoodies from PetEdge and all 3 fit perfectly. PetEdge uses a size chart that is normal to industry standards and is comparable to other companies such as PetCo and Pet Smart, but not VirVentures. Very poor company to do business with and if I could rate negative, it would be a MINUS 5 or greater, so Buyers Beware!!
I returned items but company wants to charge a 20% restock fee because they said items were not "resalable" I took pictures and Amazon admits from the pictorial proof that items were in good condition. VirVentures wants to take money not entitled to, so not only is there a major sizing issue, but there is really poor customer service and borderline theft. Mirage Pet Products is hand in hand with VirVentures in this. I will never do business with either in the future and with Mirage being "Veteran" owned, I find it appalling that they would condone this, especially noting that I am a DAV.

We ordered a specific food item and received a completely different product (not a substitute, something COMPLETELY WRONG). After speaking with 5 different people over a 2 week timeframe, each of whom asked me the same questions, we are continuing to wait for them to let us know how they are going to fix the problem. It is the most disorganized company we have ever worked with and their customer service is a big disorganized mess. Save yourself time, $, and frustration by not doing business with them.
