Excellent service by the company. They provided the product in the given time and quality of the product is also up to the mark.

I have been associated with the company for one year where I am highly satisfied with the products. They are of good quality and are highly durable. The customer service is overall good and I got my product in just three days. I will surely looking forward to buying some more stuff from the company. Highly recommended.

This company sent me an empty envelope! Horrible horrible service! I’ll never buy from these guys again! It also took forever to get the empty envelope to me! I think they were out of the product and wanted the money so they’ll pretend like it was an accident! Liars and cheats!

This company sent me an email that stated my item was shipped on the 16th to be delivered on the 21st. On the day of delivery these worthless folks processed a return for the item! Now I’m 2 weeks behind waiting because now I’ve got to reorder at a more than $30 increase in cost now for the original item! Real companies devoted to customer service would agree to find the item at the original cost and as a courtesy handle all logistical costs to get me my desired item. Not a chance!

Product was great, it simply did not fit my vehicle. Seller (VirVentures) is the by far the worst company I had a pleasure of dealing with. Returns are accepted but it is a nightmare trying to get anything back to them. When they finally accept a refund, you are expected to cover the shipping. That's understandable although that practice is being fazed out by many other companies. Two weeks after the package reaches their provided return address and I hear nothing from them. Did not receive a single dollar back. Upon contacting the seller, then Amazon, then the seller again in the span of four days, I received an e-mail telling me they would issue a refund in 3-5 days after they deduct a 20% restock fee. Wait, what?

I bought an ice cream maker. It worked 6 times. Products are terrible. They just say too bad. Will not buy from them again.

Hacked account-cannot reach VirVentures
I received notification to MY email address that my order was shipped by this company. I DID NOT order anything from them. The USPS tracking info told me the order was being delivered to Houston, TX. I live in Fairview, PA. I have attempted to reach them by phone numerous times. One number states "voice mailbox is full" the other number states that no one is available to take my call and to please leave a message. I left several messages with my return phone # and have heard nothing. The item was ordered from Amazon via this 3rd party seller. I checked with my credit card companies and the one I always use for Amazon purchases, which they have on my Amazon account showed no such purchase. I checked with my Citibank account which I only use when I question the legitimacy of a company as they will protect me from fraud, and sure enough, the VirVentures charge was placed on it. Citibank reversed the charge and cancelled my card immediately when I notified them. That is why I depend on them to protect my credit. Somehow, someone obtained not only my Citibank card number, but also my email address which is how I learned of the shipment by VirVentures. Though I was credited the bogus purchase amount and that card number has been cancelled, I am absolutely certain that since I am unable to reach VirVentures whatsoever, they are the company who hacked my Citibank account. DO NOT TRUST THESE PEOPLE!! Though they sent me tracking info, the fact that they cannot be reached by phone or online tells me they are responsible in some way for the hack of my account. Please do not trust them!!

I ordered rit green dye. The ad stated (PACK OF 6) . I ordered 2. I received 2 of 12. I called and they REFUSED to send the missing 10. I THEN, had to argue about return shipping. Finally they sent a return label.

I placed my order on June 13, 2020 for two umbrella covers. There email said it shipped June 26, 2020 by FedX. FedX does not have any info on anything coming to my address. Put in request to VirVentures for any Info and received a Automated response being checked into. Today it says packaged shipped 6-26-2020 by FedX and should arrive by July 8, 2020. FedX still has not info of a delivery ticket being mage for my address. I will be happy if it arrives but 25 days delivery for a in stock item?

HORRIBLE! Do NOT buy from this seller. I made an order and it has still not arrived (it is now five days after estimated delivery). ABOVE ALL ELSE: I have been trying to get a hold of customer service for the past two days regarding my purchase. No one answers. I called their drop ship service where someone answered, said he would transfer me to call service, I said please don't no one will pick up, to which he replied if no one picks up we will call you back in 13 minutes. NO ONE PICKED UP, and it has been two hours since that call. TOTAL SCAM!

I would give them no stars if I could. False advertising, liars, theives.....pick one. They advertised a twin low loft bed with the dresser, bookcase and the pull out desk for $177...ive got pics to prove it. I took apart my kid's bed expecting 2 twin low loft beds...i got 2 dressers thats it and they wouldn't fix the problem. They wouldn't send me the beds I ordered and my kids were sleeping on the floor. And I had to fight them tooth and nail to send them back the dressers and get a full refund. But I haven't gotten my refund yet for $377...so we'll see....not counting on it. Worst experience of my life and Amazon wouldn't let me post my review stating the truth about VirVentures.

Placed an order and money was withdrawn the same day. I did not receive a confirmation for my order, an order number, nor any kind of verification from the company. 2 weeks later I disputed the order with my credit card company in an effort to get my money back, thinking I had been scammed. 2 days after that I received an email stating my order was shipped. I did receive my order and the curtains are good quality. I won't order from this company again, however.

If it were possible to give 0 stars I would! Placed an order directly though their website, and the money was taken out of my account that day. After about a week, I had heard nothing regarding shipping so I emailed and called. I received an email saying they had shipped it the day after my order was placed. I requested tracking info, and they said none was available. Another week later, no delivery. Then this week I received an email asking for positive feedback having never received the item. Such a scam!! Do not order from this company!

What a bunch of con artists! Never received shipping info despite repeated requests, and never received item. Had to get eBay involved to get refund. eBay says they are based in the US, but it's actually India. Otherwise, why would it take three weeks to ship a simple birdfeeder?

The worst! I ordered something directly through the VirVentures website a few weeks ago and still have not received it. I have called and emailed this company at least a dozen times. No one ever answers the phone. I received one return phone call, and they could not give me any information regarding my order. Then I received an email asking me to give positive feedback about my order...how is this possible since I never received it?!! That was 2 days ago, and I still have no resolution. Keep in mind, the money was taken out of my account the day I placed the order. Do NOT order anything from this company!

Great communication throughout the process. The shipment was delayed for several weeks. Once the blind arrived, there were no directions on installation. I messaged the seller and got an immediate response and easy to understand directions. I just placed an order for another blind and look forward to the same great experience.

Item purchased on Feb 26th, arrived on Feb 28th. Never imagined after choosing Standard Shipping i will end up receiving my order in just 2 days.

We were so thrilled to receive the item in perfect condition. I am so happy with this seller and will never think twice in doing business with them..

The only reason i gave 4 stars is because of the shipping delay, this may not have been the shippers fault due to a critical time in our nation at this time. Otherwise item arived in excellent condition, service was beyond my expectations, seller did tried to reach me after delivery to check if i was satisfied with purchase.

After ordering from Virventures I came across TrustPilot only to find out Negative Comments against this seller. I was very skeptical if I will also receive the same date like others, to my surprise, item was exactly as described and a reasonable price.

In the picture online the candle appears red, but is is definitely pink! Went very well with the other decorations and theme.

Will never think twice before shopping with Virventures again.
