I’ve been using the VisionBody EMS/EMA…

4.5 stars but after Some glitches in delivery and fit everything worked out and it truly is a 5 Star product. And the support has been there from the company.
I’ve been using the VisionBody EMS/EMA Powersuit for several months now and I’m really enjoying the journey! I pair it with my Peloton rides and the combination is chef’s kiss — full-body engagement while cycling? Yes please.
A few things to know going in: this suit takes MONTHS to arrive, so patience is absolutely key. I know that’s tough when you’re excited, but it’s worth the wait. Also, there’s a real learning curve with finding the right intensity levels for each muscle group — don’t expect to crank it up right away. Start low, build gradually, and give your body time to adapt to the stimulation.
What I love:
• No subscription fees (looking at you, Katalyst)
• Super portable — the stimulator fits in a bag
• Great customer service — they really do take care of you
• The wellness/recovery mode is a game changer on rest days
What to keep in mind:
• The app is iOS only and pretty basic — no guided workouts
• You’ll need to figure out your own training programming
• Results take time and consistency, just like anything else

Avoid Visionbody at all costs.

I’ve been asking for a refund for months, and Visionbody has done nothing but stall and deceive. Since June, they kept telling me “your order will ship soon.” It’s now six months later - no suit, no refund, no accountability. When their customer service actually bothers to respond, it’s just another empty promise.

Do a little research and the pattern becomes obvious:
Look up Visionbody on the Florida UCC filing website. They’ve defaulted on multiple merchant cash advance loans (basically the business version of a payday loan) and keep forming new LLCs right after defaulting. That’s not normal business behavior - it’s a massive red flag.

I wish I had known all this before ordering. Don’t make the same mistake.

Five Months of Silence, Stress, and a Shipment I Never Wanted

I rarely write reviews, but I feel compelled to share my experience with Visionbody after nearly 5 months of frustration, silence, and broken promises.
I placed my order in May 2025, paid in full, and received only one update in the beginning all that time. Every other communication came only after I followed up—again and again—setting calendar reminders just to chase basic information. Each time, I was met with vague reassurances and delays. No timeline. No accountability. Just empty promises.
After months of waiting, I finally reached my limit and formally requested a refund in the beginning of October. I repeated that request again on October 11. I made it clear that I no longer wanted the product—not just because of the delay, but because of the emotional toll this experience had taken. I no longer trusted the company or wanted anything to do with the transaction.
Instead of honoring my cancellation, Visionbody shipped sent me an email said that the order is shipped the very next day.
To say this was disappointing would be an understatement. After pleading for updates, then pleading for a refund, I was sent a product I had already rejected—one that now serves only as a reminder of how poorly this was handled. It felt like a final disregard for everything I had communicated.
I’m sharing this not out of anger, but out of a sense of responsibility. No customer should have to chase a company for 5 months, beg for basic service, and still be denied a refund after clearly and repeatedly asking for one. This experience has been exhausting, disheartening, and deeply unfair.
I hope others never have to go through what I did.

You will not get your order in 3-4 weeks. More like 27+weeks.

They are falsely advertising 3-4 week turnaround times on the website and social media. It’s going on 4 months with the update it could take at least another 1-2 months to receive my order. If you are looking to use this product in the next few weeks, unless you ordered at the start of the year, good luck! $2000 EMS suit.

Not a reputable company

I rarely provide reviews good or bad. This seems to be the only outlet however to voice concerns where it may be heard. Placed the order in 4/13/25. Followed all sizing instructions and communications immediately. Today is 6/19/25 and still have not received the order. Customer service ignores real engagement and is now reduced to sending form letters. The latest is a commitment to an updated every 7-10 days versus a true update on when the product will be shipped. I suggest proceeding with caution if you’re considering making a purchase. Since originally posting this review they have sent the suit without the control box. As of 7/2, They claim it is already shipped but refuse to provide a tracking number. I’ve asked twice for a refund and they continue to put me off. Really bad company.

Bestellte Ware wird nicht ausgeliefert, Kunden erhalten Ihr Geld nicht zurück, etliche Firmen wurden schon gegen die Wand gefahren so ist es unmöglich bezahlte Gelder zurückzuerhalten.

Herr Schmidt ist das oberhaupt der Bande, der sich mittlerweile in den USA versteckt, sein neuer Investor Mark Deleo weiß anscheinend von der ganzen Betrugsmasche nichts. Etliche ehemalige Mitarbeiter und Partner warten auf Ihre Gelder!

Millionen wurden schon erschlichen und erlogen!

Visionbody is a pure fraud and rip-off company.

Ordered goods are not delivered, customers do not receive their money back, many companies have already been driven into the wall so it is impossible to get money back.

Mr. Schmidt is the head of the gang, who is now hiding in the USA; his new investor Mark Deleo apparently knows nothing about the whole scam. Many former employees and partners are waiting for their money!

Millions have already been cheated and lied to!
