Couldn’t be more satisfied
I phoned virtually every pharmacy in London trying to get a prescription medicine which was out of stock everywhere.. I found Vision Pharmacy on Google and called them. They not only had what I needed but downloaded the prescription from their computers and sent it off the next day, signed for, for £6.99. An excellent and faultless service.

I've been using Vision Pharmacy…
I've been using Vision Pharmacy (visionpharmacy.org.uk) for a few months and have generally had a positive experience. Their service is prompt and efficient, and they even quickly replaced a damaged delivery free of charge. While there were some delays with my vitamin order, their customer service was responsive and apologized for the delay. Overall, they've been reliable and courteous. 4 stars.

The delay was due to unforeseen stock issues with the product you ordered, which were unfortunately beyond our control. However, we acknowledge that this has affected your overall experience. Please note that our delivery service does state a 7 working day timeframe, and we apologize if this wasn’t clear at the time of purchase.
Regarding your refund, I can confirm that it was processed on 21st October. You should see it reflected in your account within 3-5 working days, depending on your bank.

Ordered a few bottles of vitamins. A week later still not received. Emailed and they got back to me pretty quick apologising about the products being delayed as they were waiting for them to come in. That they would be with me within 24 to 48 hours..... nearly a other week and they have not been delivered. Have emailed them twice asking for a refund of nearly £22....no reply at all. All I can say is that they have scammed me. Avoid them.

Excellent customer service
Been using this company for a few months for deliveries of 3 x 500ml bottles. All good - prompt and efficient service. Recently had a delivery via Royal Mail with 1 bottle smashed. Complained to Royal Mail who despite admitting their machinery had caused the damage refused to compensate me. Contacted Vision Pharmacy who immediately sent out a replacement free of charge.

Take Ownership
My husband is really poorly at the moment and was in hospital for two weeks. He had to have protein juices in hospital, but in taking the prescription to our chemist he’d been prescribed protein shakes which he is unable to drink. So I had to order juices from vision pharmacy, I paid to get quick delivery. Their delivery is by Royal Mail. I had a text saying delivery on Monday, but the postman couldn’t be bothered to come. Tuesday I had a text at 7.40 am saying delivered and a photo of nothing. I made several calls to Royal Mail who lied several times. I knew I hadn’t taken delivery. So you’re probably thinking why is any fault with Vision Pharmacy. Well I also wrote to vision pharmacy, who said would look into it for me. They then sent the tracking link and said it’s been delivered. I sent an email back saying, but it hasn’t been delivered. And then, nothing. Vision Pharmacy washed their hands of it, not their problem. Well actually Vision Pharmacy it is your responsibility to make sure your parcel get to the correct destination. After a conversation with my own postman he looked into it for me. He found the parcel on a doorstep in a village 3 miles away. I ordered the drinks on 7th September for my ill husband and finally received them on 20th September. I don’t need a pathetic refund for my postage, but Vision Pharmacy, you need to take ownership for your parcels and the delivery company you choose to use. Hopefully I won’t be as desperate as I was that day to order from you again.

Refused A&E prescription!
So coming straight from A&E, been diagnosed with Bells Palsey, needed strong dose of steroids asap. I've never been so angry at a public worker before! He refused to give me that subscription, even though a doctor at the hospital subscribed it. This bloke thought he knew better and refused!! Absolutely ridiculous, what a absolute joke this country is coming to!
