Vision Pharmacy Opiniões 

Unlike many other pharmacies, my local Vision Pharmacy branch is always quick to pick up their phone. They are courteous and helpful, and I haven't had any issues with having prescriptions filled by them.

baby formula never arrive nearly 2 week later, zero response no reply to messages I write feedback under the item online yesterday then last night I suddenly had a refund after leaving this feedback, no messages to say sorry just a refund, my baby only drink this goat formula I can, t just get on the high street so my baby could of been with out not ok when your ordering essential baby items , complete waste of time, thank you.

Something went wrong with first order but was quickly rectified by NAZ who was very helpful and sorted the problem out,many thanks.

Today 7/8/2024 after my complaining to my bank a parcel drops thru my letter box and it contains seven (7)tubes of hydrocortizon: I thank vision Parmacy but I think all could have been better if they got more orgsnised , Thank you. Ist experience= About 10 days back I ordered via my laptop 1 tube of an ointment for my arms and hands, cost £5. As nothing arrived I went, this morning to my laptop to a diferetnly named site. Once I had completed the purchace it turned out to be the same Vsion company showing me the previous £5 and todays £30 = £35 !! I have just reurned from my bank where I asked them to BLOCK all payments !!

Excellent customer service. Very quick response from the team and equally fast resolution of my problems which were handled compassionately and with great kindness. Highly recommended.

Wow very fast delivery and the price was fantastic plus I recieved 2 little handbag size cream which will come in very handy so thanx for everything defo recommend this company and will buy again from here 💗💗

Very disappointed. I've order it 5 cream Epimax oatmeal cream (Avena sativa (oat) kernel flour wich is says on the bottle (for
Psoriasis eczema and other dry skin conditions. ) and they send me Epimax oatmeal cream for light hidratation. I've email them and they looks like they doesn't know where is the difference between these cream ?!!!! They says it's the same .Truly disappointed 😞

The reviews here are very off putting after delays with Royal Mail i have received my item packaged properly. I got email updates upon order, dispatch and delivery.
Royal Mail were slow to deliver, i rang Naz for updates and she was the branch manager i was slightly stresses but Naz had eased me completly- lovely lady to speak too
10/10 i really could not fault it.

After reading most the reviews here i was relectant to order from here, i had called the store and spoke to naz who was kind attentive and was able to have good conversation and excellent product knowledge i am a pharmacist by trade and you could say i wanted to test her knowledge.
Its been exactly 2 days i have receieved my order, packaged perfectly and arrived within a timely manner. Thank you Naz and team

This Pharmacy has mixed reviews. However, for me they get 5 stars. They offered a good price, reasonable shipping costs with full tracking facilities and they came when promised.
I would use them again.

Ordered items and they sent me wrong items. Then I have never gotten the right items I ordered yet. Terrible service! No wonder why there are so many bad reviews.

Brilliant! Ordered on Wednesday and parcel is here Friday morning. Couldn't ask for more. Will certainly use again in the future.
