It's extremely difficult to get a refund for any returned orders (unopened and in original packaging, amount under £100). You cannot elicit a response from them on the phone or via email when you attempt to communicate with them regarding the refund. Avoid buying from Vision Pharmacy to prevent harm to yourself.
