Charlie and the guy that was with him were very upfront they gave us all the information that we asked for her house was approved but unfortunately our credit was not approved even though they told me I had to have a 650 and I have a 702 credit score that was very disappointing other than that the whole experience was was worthwhile and I was ready to go solar today but I could not because of their lenders

My appointment with Kory was a great experience. He arrived on time and was extremely knowledgeable . He explained everything in detail and was able to answer all my questions . No pressure to decide was a great help as I need to discuss with a family member .

Bryce was helpful in explaining the current solar market and incentives available. No pressure to sign anything. Will keep this in consideration while looking at all options.

Regardless of what happens after this review, it should never have happened. And even if they do the right thing and make good on their end of the deal, their actions and lack of , should exclude them from continuing to do business. Their disregard for their customers financial situations and what the effect their business practices have on them is a disgrace and should be criminal. The lies and deception they use to rope people into their contract is pure scam.
Do not even consider using a company like this with the amount of warnings ( bad reviews) all saying the same thing. I have written only 2 or 3 reviews in my life. It takes a very blatant in your face purposely done poor, immoral, business practice to get me to spend any time writing this. But i feel obligated to let others know because its not fair for a couple of lousy people to benifet off of lies and deception to scam hard working people who trusted them with good faith. Beware

Solar consultant Carlos was very knowledgeable and patient with me as I asked numerous questions. He explained everything and went out of his way to get me the best quote possible.

DO NOT SIGN WITH THEM! If I could give 0 zero stars I would. This is a horrible, disreputable company. Do NOT sign with them, because you will regret. The management doesn’t know what they are doing, the customer service is never there to help you and they push you to sign without giving a time to think about it. Save your time, DO NOT GO WITH SOLAR VISION!
