First tool I use each morning!
I am really grateful for Visitor Queue!
Each morning I get a list of the companies that hit my website via email, and I start my day off checking to see if these are companies I am already outreaching or if they are companies with which I haven't yet communicated our message. That way I can develop my call list.
I appreciate that they show me the UTM tags, and often I can see that my individual effort drove them to our website. I can also see what the person clicked on, so it gives a great deal of detail into what might be important to them, or if they are trying to download a trial or more. From there, I can focus my outbound efforts on much more qualified leads. Some days, I use it in real-time, which helps me see who is hitting our website at the time they visit.
Of course, they don't say exactly who, they just give a general company URL, since it would be against privacy laws to say exactly. However, I'm always encouraged when I'm already outreaching the company!
Super helpful product and I used it every day!

You dont have to look around any longer!
We are now paid subscribers and we love this program! It lets you track who has been on your site, the amount of time and the specific page. We are getting sales leads from this, which is amazing!

Very happy so far, good bang for buck, easy to use!
Very happy so far, seems to have 90% of the features of Lead Forensics, at 10% (or less) of the cost! Very helpful interaction with after sale support. Once they fully implement the ability to see search terms that brought the visitor to our site, it would be a 5 star review.

We tried the free service. it works fine. The upgraded version is not very different as it only offers more leads to view.
The platform is very simple and user-friendly.
But if you are looking for more intent or behavior data, you may have to rely on additional tools.

Pleasantly Surprised
I randomly came across VisitorQueue when I was looking up their competitor.
I'm currently trialing the product right now. VisitorQueue was incredibly easy to set up. I used Google Tag Manager to get the code up on my website.
Once the code was detected, we started receiving leads right away. This was pretty amazing.
The interface is very simple to use. It's clean and easy to navigate.
I also like that the pricing is transparent. The other product we're trialing doesn't give their pricing upfront.
Lastly, it's awesome that we're getting a 14-day trial vs 7-day.

Great tool
Great tool, very useful in finding out who is visiting our website and who may be interested in our services. The only thing I wish was that there was a way to better identify the exact person looking, although due to understandable privacy and legal reasons this cannot be done. I like Visitor Queue and am using it in my daily sales prospecting strategy.

Review is based on the trial period. The tool works exactly as advertised.
Pros:
- Works 'out of the box' simply install a script and it begins tracking/identifying visitors.
- Can be set up via Tag Manager
- Shows number of visits, which pages, and time spent per visitor
- Provides company overview and 'guesses' contact details
- Large number of integrations available (did not test this feature)
- Pretty intuitive and simple to use
- Fair pricing
Cons:
- Could use a UI overhaul, looks dated
- Pricing varies after hitting the 2000 leads for $200/month limit.

It’s a decent product for the price
It’s a decent product for the price. But the quality of the information is ok not super. Very little ability to act on “leads”, but let’s you see if your prospects are coming to your site.

Visitor Queue is great for lead identification and nurturing : it identifies companies and organizations that visit your site. All it takes is a simple javascript added to your site. This can be integrated into sales and lead scoring processes.
