Helped unmask hidden leads

Great way of knowing who's looking at your company
I enjoy being able to see which companies I've been prospecting have been looking at our product and spending ample amounts of time reviewing pages. It's a great way to leverage a company's own employees as a way to get conversation going.

I've used Visitor Queue for A While Now!
I've used Visitor Queue for a while now, and enjoy having the ability to see the prospects that have been viewing my website. Having all of this information easily available is fantastic and very reasonably priced.
I previously used other systems like leadfeeder and wasn't as impressed as Visitor Queue's automatic assignment systems.

Good but could be better.
If you want an easy to use and monitor tool, VQ is great. Lacks certain functionalities but they are moving in the right direction and would probably fill up the gaps in the upcoming updates.
Good:
Clean UI and customizations with respect to individual filtered reports are great.
Bad:
The biggest drawback is the lack of visitor distinction by state. With only cities being provided for location, it is a big minus since we aren't able to sort and filter by states.
Also revenue of the organization of the visiting lead isn't provided. Would be a big help in targeting specific accounts.
