Received orders very quickly and customer service is totally awesome, I had a small issue, had to contact them and they looked after me quickly. Awesomely great company to purchase from! Highly recommended. I am a very happy customer, thank you :-)

Crap customer service.
Placed an order through paypal. Guess vitarock gets your address from paypal. Forgot to update my adress with paypal. My order got placed before i realized the mistake. When order didnt show i looked into problem. Realized mistake. Got in touch with customer service and was told too bad. They got their money and thats all they needed. Never ordered from them again. All over a $25 order. Get better service on ebay from chinese vendors. Save your money.

It would have been a perfect review, but the shampoo I received had the picture and ingredients from the company's older version of that product. I am allergic to the new version.
