Helpful for desk working pain
The app and the customer team behind it has been really helpful. In a few minutes each day I can alleviate my shoulder / arm / neck pain with the exercises provided in helpful videos. It's been a good daily help so far.

I enjoyed the desk workout
I enjoyed the desk workout, as I sometimes start at 5 am if working from home. This will help start my day a little limbered up. I plan to do this at the end of the working day too Also if the weathers bad and it helps replace my walk at break times, and it also adds to it.

This is a really helpful, makes you think a lot about your work environment and factors that can help. I sit at a desk for long hours and you don't realise the impact incorrect posture and desk set up can have on your health. Just a couple of simple changes can make a big difference. Much More Engaging than a Standard DSE Check
I have to say that when I saw the letters DSE in the subject of the email inviting me to complete the assessment; I rolled my eyes expecting it to be just another dull checklist activity.
This was completely not what I was expecting though and I found it really engaging from the very start. I loved the activity where I got to recreate my workspace - it was really fun to do and get right. It made me really think about my workspace and if it's set up well. I enjoyed doing the DSE section so much, I went on to fill in the driving assessment and the resilience section too. All of the questions were well thought out and very easy to understand and many of them were optional if you didn't want to share something. The recommendations were also very interesting and included some things I hadn't considered (Removing clutter from my desktop for example) You could also choose not to follow a recommendation and give a reason why. I really liked this flexibility as it shows that the same setup doesn't necessarily work for everyone and Vitrue recognises that.
It was also very interesting to see the results and where I sat amongst my colleagues (I was very proud of my driving setup - one of the best in the business!) I will definitely try some of the recommended activities and will use this resource a lot.
I'd definitely recommend this to colleagues and other businesses - it's a great way to get people to engage in something that's usually viewed as dull and bureaucratic and it could save some long term health issues too!
