I decided to return the shoes I ordered and the team was very helpful with my request. They responded to every email quickly so I was able to complete the steps needed to return the package to them.

Avoid them, scam!!
Nothing to do with London. Website and photos of their products are professional, but the quality is TEMU for an exagerate price. To return offered me 2 options: keep it and 15% will be refunded or return it to China on own expenses for a full refund. 😅If you want to save a few quid, avoid them.

Bought a glove, scarf and hat set. Imported from China. Took two weeks and quality poor. Looked like it fell off the back of a lorry. Avoid!!
