I ordered the 99$ blood test that includes the test plus 1on1 consult however my results took some time to come back so i cancelled my subscription because it automatically renew if you dont cancel it ( which i found dodgy).
Then after my results came back they said they do not provide the 1 on 1 consult anymore because i cancelled my subscription although their add states clearly that you get a blood test plus the 1 on 1 consult for the 99$.
Terrible experience! Do not waste your money ! They charge a lot for tests and suppose to give you a plan and support. But it’s impossible to book for a consultation- no availability. Also they charged for extra tests that I didn’t even order without any notice. I’ve waited $400 and got nothing out of it. DO NOT Use them ! You are better of going to a GP
I responded to the advertisement for a $99 blood test with follow up and did not realise this was an auto-renew after a 14-day trial until I received a confirmation email. I contacted Vively and told them I wanted to cancel the subscription and just do the blood test, and I had every indication from their customer service by email that would be so, however a further subscription charge was taken from my account a couple of days ago. When I contacted them about this, they reviewed the emails I had sent and confirmed my intention was to cancel, so they have refunded the money with apologies. I think they acted fairly on my follow-up with them and appreciated that they realised the mistake was theirs and addressed it quickly. In general, auto-renew subscriptions are real traps for customers and hope that Vively may review their Facebook ads to make it more clear what you are signing up for. There are other complaints about this on Trustpilot, so I think it is a genuine issue that needs rectification. Also helps if customers keep email messages. In the end, I am satisfied that Vively customer service addressed my complaint and in a timely way.

I purchased blood tests and didn't not see anywhere that it was an ongoing $99 subscription. I friend told me about that part so I emailed them immediately asking them to cancel my subscription. No acknowledgement nothing and they still took the $99. I'm beyond upset given I hadn't even been able to register on their app because it doesn't work. I'd emailed them about that too and all I got back was a thanks for letting us know we will get back to you. That was 2 or 3 weeks ago and nothing.

Was delivered a sensor that wasnt working, contacted them right away with evidence. Received nothing back. No emails no text response in the app.
Please beware, this could be a fraudulent company.
Will be contacting ACCC and lodging a chargeback with bank.

I purchased a "$99 health check blood test", which is actually a $99 per month subscription - but the fine print is so small you cannot see it. So, based on the promise that one could cancel at any time, I emailed Vively immediately after making the transaction to cancel. No response.
I have emailed twice since then and it's been 3 days and zero response.
Have filed a complaint with the bank and the ACCC will be next.
So am currently $99 out of pocket as well as no pathology forms were emailed as promised.
Stay away from this company at all costs.
UPDATE - THE POSITIVE - VIVELY did get in touch and did refund my money.THE NEGATIVE - but am still annoyed that I had to resort to leaving a negative review on a consumer site for them to take any action. They did not respond to my email queries within 24 hours as promised initially by their AI bot.

I’m currently 6 days into the 14-day CGM program with Vively, and it has already been a very interesting and positive experience.
By combining a Continuous Glucose Monitor (CGM) with their intuitive app, I’ve been able to see in real time how my body, and specifically my glucose levels, respond to different foods, exercise, sleep and even stress. Some things genuinely surprised me. A few foods I always assumed were healthy actually caused bigger glucose spikes than I expected.
What I like most is that Vively doesn’t just show numbers. The app provides clear graphs, helpful messages and practical insights that make it easier to understand patterns and make small changes to minimise large glucose fluctuations. They also include short videos with very handy tips, which makes the learning process even easier.
I enjoy using data to make better decisions about my health and wellbeing, and seeing these patterns in real time has been fascinating. The insights I’ve already gained have been extremely valuable.
Overall, Vively does a great job of turning complex health data into practical, easy-to-understand guidance, and so far it has been a great experience.

I purchased the CGM system from Vively and while the monitor itself works well, the Vively app — which their entire health platform relies on — only functioned properly for one day before failing. Without a stable app, the system simply doesn’t deliver the tracking and insights that are advertised. In contrast, the Sibionics app connected to the same monitor performs far better and is significantly more reliable, which makes the shortcomings of the Vively app even more disappointing. Overall, the hardware is solid, but the app experience undermines the value of the service.
**System stability seems to have improved since their update**
When working the app is very useful and is providing great insights. If it continues like this it would be a 5 star product.

The CGM sensor is a game changer. Firstly -
It doesn’t hurt to apply, it’s super easy to upload the app and even easier to see what impacts your blood sugar. I give this product 5 stars for making it easier to understand what impacts your blood glucose levels! Hot tip - it’s not just food!

I absolutely love using a CGM and was quite excited at first when Vively upgraded their UI. It’s much better to navigate and to see insights in their app now. However, I did have some challenges with their pricing advertising for further CGMs which wasn’t quite the same on the website vs the app. So I reached out to their customer service and was impressed with the competency and speed. I don’t say that often but this is truly great customer service, as the customer service agent was proactive and resolved the issue quickly.

I signed up for a trial and from the second you do this - the clock starts ticking on your "free trial"- even before you receive your CGM (continuous glucose monitor). So beware of this!
Once I received my CGM (10 days later), I signed up, only to realise that the "free trial period" was almost over and the 2 x auto -renew fees would start 4 days later - one for $39 and one for $99.
Opting out of these auto-renew features was extremely difficult. I have an email with a link that says "If you'd like to cancel, please do so here." - which I believe I clicked to cancel my ongoing subscription.
However, apparently it "didn't register" and I of course have no proof of this - it was only after the auto-renews kept happening and I eventually "got an email" from Customer Service stating that the 2 x subscriptions had stopped. But of course no refund for the 6 x payments made previously.
I think its a bit of a scam and they need to make unsubscribing MUCH easier and more transparent

CGM sent was fine, made by Sibionics.
App is fine.
Charging me $99 for Nutrition coaching that I didn't explicitly sign for, and I explicitly opted OUT of during the onboarding - is theft.
I took the CGM off as it was irritating and starting to become painful where the needle was placed - one week of use. Then 3 days after taking the CGM off, I'm charged for Nutrition coaching for $99 that I didn't sign up for.
I've email support - refund now please.

The UX of the app is terrible to begin with. Now, after 3 days, the app has stopped communicating with the sensor's app. Have reached out to customer support twice this week, and I haven't had a response to either request. An absolute scam of a company. I want a refund.

I’ve been using the Vively/Sibionics CGM for about a week and the app and monitoring experience are good and user-friendly and insightful for tracking my glucose.
However, I had an issue where my sensor came off after just a week during normal use. Unfortunately, I couldn’t reattach it, and the replacement cost is very high ($199), they did offer me $30 credit which brought it down to $169. I was disappointed that this potential issue wasn’t clearly advised at the time of purchase nor the cost to replace the sensor.
The product works well when attached, but the fragility of the sensor and the expensive replacements make it frustrating. Hopefully, they consider improving the sensor’s adhesion or offering a more reasonable replacement policy. So unfortunately I wont be finishing my 2 week trial. An expensive week

First time using CGM via Vively for health optimisation. I am a medical professional so have deep understanding of food & impacts on BSL & health already. Learnt a lot on this journey and will happily continue to up skill my knowledge with wearables especially the CGM. Vively has been great & a special shout out to Anna, the support in the background for troubleshooting. Her prompt responses & assistance with replacing a defective CGM is much appreciated.
