I’ve been buying herbal distillates from Vivimu for a while, however their customer service and shipping departments have really gone down hill. It’s gone from 1-2 days for shipping to now they consistently take 4-5 days to ship my orders. I’ve reached out to them and they first tried to tell me to read their FAQ that they are allowed to take up to 5 days to ship. Shortly after leaving a 3 star review on their site, their “admin” emailed me and said they were sorry I had a bad experience and offered me a 40% off coupon but also stated they resolved the personnel issue which was delaying shipping. I did not use the coupon but trusted they had resolved their issue and placed an order. It shipped in 4 days. I replied to the admins email again and was refunded my shipping charges. I’ve tried ordering once more and this order took 5 days to ship and when I emailed the same email that reached out to me, I was told to read their FAQ and not to email them at the email that I only had because they reached out and gave it to me.

Had they not assured me they had made changes to resolve their issue, I never would have shopped with them again but I felt their response to me was worthy of giving them another chance but boy was I wrong.

Theres at least 4-5 companies that resell this distillate at the exact same price, so I’d recommend sticking with one of those guys over Vivimu.

I've been useing this company for a while now and thier isolates and distillates are what I purchase. Never had any issues with them and the products I bought were of a great quality. I am having to stock up because my state is banning these hemp products in the future but I have not found something that helps better for the cronic pain and inflammation from r.a. and vivimu has been my go to for these products.

Really great products for a decent price but I like to wait until they have 40% off to order so I barely pay much for good quality products from this amazing company. They sent me plenty of freebies throughout my orders with them. Really recommend you guys checking them out

I bought their live resin and it’s not actually live resin at all. Worst hash I have ever had in my life. I’ve taken 4 dabs and won’t touch it so it’s getting sent back for a refund.

I order things on sale . Often these are unique in the market place AND ... when I forgot to enter the discount code one email and you and yours gave it to me . :)

Great customer service, had a concern that was corrected immediately, with a quick response through email. I am happy with the product, Kevin O'Connor from customer service did a great job.

Stay away from this place. They don't answer emails. They have a phone number to call if you have questions about your order. It goes straight to voicemail and is conveniently always full so you can't leave a voicemail. It's a scam.

ordered on the 8th its now the 12th and no update the customer service email never replies. i only spent 20 bucks not a huge loss but we need better customer support.

I've been ordering from Vivimu on and off for couple years. Their products I've used have all been high quality. Gummies are easy to chew and very flavorful. Every order has arrived quickly and included tracking updates. For me, Vivimu is one of my two favorite companies to order from online.

I honestly think this is one of the most unprofessional online dealers. Customer service will not respond to you at all and if you sign up for a subscription, they will only ship some months and it is always on a different day. The concentrates are lackluster and full of impurities. The only redeeming quality of this place is the prices. Guess you get what you pay for. PS: Im not a competitor, I have been a loyal Vivimu customer since Sept 2023. These people refuse to respond and send my products to me!

All negative reviews are made by competitors. Vivimu has always sold the top quality. These reviews only started when the Reddit users of other, actually diluted product, vendors can't operate as efficiently. I have tested multiple products using GCMS myself and got clean results. The two fair websites get malicious hate.

Knowingly traffics in poisonous sludge. Look it up. The owner knows their stuff has high levels of unknowns and other toxic chemicals and still sells it. Hope the entire MCN company rots in hell. Also let me know how you will be reimbursing me for my hospital bills.

UPDATE* After 17 messages 12 days of going back and forth I got a partial refund not sure y it took that long also when you get a good batch it is worth the money especially when they have a sale but for a bad batch make sure you get taken care of. I changed from 1 star to 4 since they did fix this problem would of gave them 5 but they forgot to give me a refund on the bad terpenes but im so over it idc anymore also took way to long to fix it they say they hired new CS so Ill forgive them. *ORGINAL 1 STAR REVIEW*= Order #62567 was placed on July 3, 2023 didn't get it until the 11th I chose 2 day shipping first issue 2nd biggest issue I got 100g of cbd after I was happy with the quality of the 28g I got previously from them and just as people stated here bait and switch. not only was the quality unusable for vape but around 1/7th of the cbd was missing didn't notice this until my 3rd order another 100g of cbd. so they will not work with me they will only take a return and not a partial refund even tho at this point I have spent over 500 dollars on there website in 1 month this is my 4th order 3rd on this account and my 2nd order on this account. They took 11 days all to just tell me they will give me 30 percent off on my next order when i already have an order after the problem order so i ask can i get a partial refund on that then and they said no. they really seem to not want to stay in business and I pray I do not have perm lung damage from this tainted cbd instead of returning it maybe I should pay to get it lab tested and start a lawsuit as my lungs have not recovered and they don't care about me at all. stay away from this company please! also check my profile picture for the cbd difference same company same product ordered within a 2 week period of each other inconsistent and bad customer service.

well the shipped it out May 2th and it made it to alanta by the 5th tracking said in transit to next location on 9th i live 35 min's from there sent them email for help have not heard back put in claim at usps its now the 15th no product no refund no help im just glad it was under 50 dollars but i will not order from them again

As promised changed to 5 stars, i believe i received a misslabled product but the customer service provided was amazing and my situation was resolved with a replacement.

Will be more than happy to change this to 5 stars as soon as someone resolves the issue with my first order #2856, misslabled wrong product sent. So i need my .5 of thcp and you can have what ever you sent me back the 1.0 of thcp is perfect but the .5 is solid black NOT THCP. make it right

F these guys they held my package and cash for 5 days when i asked them if they arent going to send my package they should give me my money back so they held on to the package and waited for me to confirm if i still wanted the product, before they sent my cash back. Didnt mail the product so i sat there for 5 days waiting for a update on the package or my cash they stated they left an email with a confirmation i left a an angry email stating all of my past emails it doesn't look like i want either. mad genius barley refunded me. thanks rebbecca! robo beezy.

I absolutely love their Delta 8 Gummies and Delta 9 THC) gummies. I was surprised to get hit with all of that power. Wow! My order arrived at my door the very next day and the prices are excellent. Thanks Vivimu
