Very smooth process from order to receiving items.
Store called to check delivery of items as I had 2 separate orders - one for delivery and one for collection. This was appreciated and showed a level of attention to detail and understanding of customer needs

I am new to being barefoot often. I have seen huge progress. Vivobarefoot is doing everything correct. I simply love this brand and their shoes and will be supporting them alot going forward. I do however think they could try and do better with their pricing. I have bought both my primus lite 3 and geo court 3 on sale.

The delivery came within 2-3 working days after being ordered. Shoes are correct as per order. Only the discount does not last long as we wanted to purchase another shoe. Otherwise all in order,.

Expensive shoes but they are so durable, should outlast my normal shoes that I buy every 2 years or so

Ordering and delivery online was smooth and the shoes are so comfortable. The fit is size-correct and my toes have plenty of space as usual with a Vivo. They join my Addis sneakers.

Excellent feedback and guidance upon buying my first pair of Vivo Barefoot shoes. The shoe needs to be worn in but looks and feel absolutely beautiful!

3.5 Rating but a 4 due to great service! The accommodation on sending new shoes due to sizing issue was a great experience and very friendly and helpful. I'm a bit disappointed the shoe itself, but it's still being walked in due to the leather nature. Because I've been barefoot for over a year now, I was expecting a lot more toe room and a broader shoe than it actually is. Don't know if I'll order daily shoes again.

The online purchasing process is seamless and super quick, and the shoes are, like all my other pairs of Vivobarefoot shoes, marvelous.

Dispatch of my order was quick and they always answer their phones ready to give advice!
