They were very helpful over the phone guiding me in sizing before I made my first purchase (about a week or so before the purchase), received the shoes within the estimated timeframe after ordering online, and when I had second thoughts on the size, they were more than happy to help me exchange for a more expensive variant pair in stock and or order from abroad. No questions asked. I am looking forward to my next purchase from them.

Wish they had more stock locally but otherwise very happy.

On a side note, the shoes are great too. Great quality. No regrets.

I sent back the shoes because they were the wrong size and they helped me swop them with no issues same day.

I bought a pair of Vivobarefoot for my daughter October 2022. They are completely falling apart, holes in the mesh, cracks in the plastic/leather, discoloured beyond repair.
I would not recommend these shoes at all especially at the high asking price! SOOOOO disappointing :(

I am so surprised by this company and their shoes. I absolutely love my shoes and they helped me so much. I am very active and on my feet 24/7 and the change I feel in just a week is astonishing. Love you guys at Vivobarefoot!

My shoes were ready the next day and they found them easily, even though I went to collect them without my email or a reference number.

Once I had the shoes in hand, I wore them everyday until the rain started. They are very comfortable.

They have a large toe box ( they don't squish your feet), zero drop (no heel) they are soft but durable. Hands down the best shoes I have ever owned.

Communication throughout the process. Quick delivery time. Love my shoes, my feet are so happy not being squished anymore!
