I just ordered a pair and they are everything I wanted. I will continue to do business with Vlook in the future.

I am not sure if I want to reorder again. 1st it was the glasses were caught up in custom they did not know when I was going to send them out. They said they were send me another pair or refund with me leaving town for 1 month I said go ahead and refund will repurchase on my return then I get another email. Saying i would receive them 4/13 and then they said they were delivered I advised them I did not received it... They have now stop emailing me back

The glasses are great! Very chic frames at a fantastick price.I have purchased several pairs and Luv them all.I received them in about 18 days.Also very good quality...don't hesitate you will luv them!!!

Really inexpensive glasses! Sturdy and came in a case better than the one I got from the eye dr’s DESIGNER lenses.

I had two pair of glasses made and they COMPLETELY did my prescriptions wrong. I don't know what numbers they were looking at but they wasn't the numbers in my script. They even had the nerve to send me. Copy of my script. My doctor checked the glasses they made and it was no where near the script I inputted and gave them. Now they want me to send them the glasses back in order for me to get a corrected pairs🤬 Very disappointed in their service.

To their answer: the reply is very bogus. it seems this is what they reply to everyone's problems instead of owning up to the screw up. My prescriptions clearly say +375 but they made my glasses a +500. How does a 3 look like a t 5?? If I could post a pic would what they have on file to what was dont I would.. I have yet to hear from them about my issue.. then they want me to send my glasses back to an apartment in texas..

Omg guys, I am so impressed with this company. I just left a review on vlookglasses Instagram page. My prescription was crystal clear and the frames as well as the cases are made like designers. The price to add the prescription is way cheaper than all the other companies in China that I usually shop with and I received my glasses in under 3 weeks. This company is outstanding!!!!! I think I'm going to do a YouTube review on them although I've never done one before. This is my new go to company!!!!!! Thank you for the fast shipping!!!!

This company is a scam , they took money out of my account. They say they r a USA company but they r from China. I never received my glasses. They want give you a refund.

It took a while, but it was not their fault, it was because of the pandemia. They look beautiful, it fits well and look perfect. Thanks a lot. Also, they keep in touch with me all the time to monitor my shipping. Thanks again!!!

I saw the company on my IG and must say was a little hesitant at first. When I received my glasses beautifully presented the case and all I was extremely pleased! Thank you again customer for life🥰

the package got lost by USPS, I was mad at first. They refund me right away after I contact the customer service.

2 months later the package been founded and delivered magically, They ask me to keep it as apology gift.And checked the date on package, they shipped out right away after I ordered.

Quality is very good, and customer service is excellent.

I love, love my frames. I perfer large frames so I ordered shades with clear lenses. I recieve so many compliments the very first time i wore them. I will add a pic if it allow me to. Note I ))ordered 5 pair of glasses on Dec.6 and recieved them Dec.17 they truly exceeded my expectations. They are great quality frames. Im extremely satisfied and yes i will purchase again.
