Σε άπειρο κόσμο χωρίς καμία ειδοποίση άνοιξε age restriction σε όλο το ίντερνετ και αφάραισε την ικανότητα να το απερνεγοποιήσεις.Το youtube δεν έχει σε κανένα βίντεο comments και όλα τα age-restricted κανάλια απλά δεν υπάρχουν.Θες να βρεις τηλέφωνο επικοινωνίας; Στην ιστοσελίδα τους πατάς τηλέφωνο και σου βγάζει botaki που δεν κάνει τίποτα.Η μόνη χειρότερη εξυπηρέτηση είναι σε τράπεζα

I had inquiries about installing home internet in my apartment in Greece, but unfortunately didn't receive any answers regarding the installation cost, available price plans, or appointment booking. Instead, I was advised to provide a Greek phone number for better assistance. However, as I do not reside in Greece and lack a Greek phone number, I provided my foreign number. The response I received mentioned that the chances of being contacted are slim due to the foreign number. I'm eager to find a solution to this matter. If I could I would rate Vodafone Greece 0/5

Απαράδεκτη εξυπηρέτηση πελατών , μη διάθεση εξεύρεσης λύσης στα προβλήματα eSIM που οι ίδιοι δημιουργούν ..

Terrible customers services , they create problems and they don’t even know how to find solutions… their application is the only one in hole Europe that is not working, no Vodafone Greece at Apple or Android stores

Η χειρότερη εξυπηρέτηση εταιρίας που έχω γνωρίσει. 1,5 μήνα χωρίς τηλεόραση κ στο ίντερνετ δε τελειώνουν τα προβλήματα. Με την 1η ευκαιρία θα φύγω!

They offered to renew my contract whe it was almost expiring. The signal was bad 50 mbps, so everytime I was on a call,working from home the signal was constantly interrupted. They said that they had improved the line and that for the same price I would receive 100 mbps. I sell IT products, so I performeed a simple speed test and it was everytime not even the 50mbps, let alone the promised 100 mbps...I got a machine call in order to evaluate their service, to which I gave a negative review. A few days later, I got an sms telling me that I could cancel within three months, which I did and switched to the largest provider in Greece. In the chat, they told me that they would transfer my number and that there was nothing else I should do. Two months later they sent me a bill for 120 Euros cancellation fees!!!! And threatening to go legal. I will not pay! # you Vodafone. Worst service ever!! Stay away from them!!!

i am having the worst experience and i need a solution, i made a contact with Vodafone flex 2 months ago and it is being 14 days i'm asking to cut it and pay all the amount, and they won't accept my request and taking more time because i will be paying more
Their service is horrible and bad

Χρειαζόμασταν ένα χαρτί από τη Vodafone,σαν αποδεικτικό συνδρομητή.Η σύζυγος μου που έχει άδεια παραμονής στην Ελλάδα,έδωσε το δελτίο της άδειας παραμονής στο κατάστημα της Vodafone στο Μαρούσι στο Mall και ο υπάλληλος ,ο οποίος δεν ήξερε να κάνει τη δουλειά του ,αρνήθηκε πεισματικά.Ήθελα εγώ να αγοράσω ένα τηλέφωνο,αλλά τελικά το αγόρασα από αλλού με τα από αυτή τη συμπεριφορά.Δεν έχουν καταρτισμένο προσωπικό.

I am a subscriber to their Giga Unlimited Data package but my data internet speed is rarely good. Not worth being charged 50 Euros/ month for this shame of a service. I am seriously thinking of canceling.

Ur internet is 0 and i paid hard worked money on it. Delete the company and find something to do with your lifes

I ended the contract 2 weeks prior the official contract ending time. For those 2 weeks they are charging way more the amount that was supposed to be as penalty for ending the contract earlier and they refused to send the contract where it says the actual fee. They never contacted me about the last bill and instead had a lawyer contact me 5 months later trying to charge me also lawyer expenses that they put in the first place instead of even attempting to contact me first. I have filed an official complaint and will never be choosing their services for anything. They're completely robbing us, with horrible and rude service, which is the reason I ended the contract in the first place.

there's no supervisors or managers to listen to the records and see how disrespectful the agents are.

It seems impossible to purchase a new Giga Boost package through their online website (vodafonegr...bundle-activation). Their system raises unhadled errors every time. The irony is that I want to buy their service and there are not even capable to support me. What a waste of time!

Η εξυπηρέτηση τους είναι για γέλια...ούτε σε ελληνική δημόσια υπηρεσία δεν επικρατεί τέτοιο χάος.
Για μια απλή αναβάθμιση, που να μην έσωνα, με άφησαν χωρίς τηλέφωνο στο μαγαζί μου 3 μέρες.
Ο πρώτος τεχνικός που πέρασε εντόπισε λέει βλάβη και το δήλωσε στον ΟΤΕ για να γίνει συνδυαστική επίσκεψη. Ο δεύτερος πέρασε για να μου πει ακριβώς το ίδιο. Πέρασε και ένας τρίτος ο οποίος έκανε τελικά τη σύνδεση χωρίς τη βοήθεια του ΟΤΕ. Με πέρασε σε ενα προσωρινό αριθμό, μου είπαν για μια ώρα μόνο... για τρεις μέρες έμεινα χωρίς εισερχόμενες κλήσεις σε επιχείρηση, παραμονή αργίας και εν αναμονή κρατήσεων. Δεν ξέρω πόσους πελάτες έχασα...
Αφού με τα πολλά κάλεσα την εξυπηρέτηση πελατών, με παρεπεμψαν στο τεχνικό τμήμα, οι οποίοι με τη σειρά τους με παρέπεμψαν στο εμπορικό τμήμα. Το εμπορικό τμήμα πίσω στο τεχνικό και το τεχνικό πίσω στο εμπορικό...ένα μπάχαλο...δεν ξέρουν τι τους γίνεται! ΑΙΣΧΟΣ

6 weeks and counting, waiting for the fiber connection to be established.
Will stop the subscription!
