Bought 2x 50 meters of Helukabel solar cable, and received some chinese "Pntech"cable instead.

I immediately asked for a return+refund, and got a reply trying to convince me that Helukabel sources the same cable from that chinese supplier. So these people think it's normal to advertise something on the website, but send something completely different.

Asked again for a refund, got no response, and a few days later got a phone call from them, asking nonchalantly what's the problem, and saying that the chinese cable meets European standards. Again asked for a refund and the person said she was generating the DPD return label and that this is the first time someone asks for a return. Really? How many orders does this online shop must have, that mine is the first return?

Anyway, a week later has passed, received no return label, no courier came to pick up the package, nothing!

I made a mistake and order a unit without battery charging capability. Although I had the unit for over a month before install and had opened the box before realising my mistake.
It only took24 hour to resolve my issue with a full refund, so that I could purchase the correct unit.
I was worried that I would have to sell the unit 2nd hand at a discount but the superb service from the sales team allowed me a full refund even though they did not have to.
The return of the item was organised for me by the sales team at no cost.

Excellent service and problem solving

I ordered 2x465W solar panels, a microinverter and roof brackets. The Customer service I particularly highlight as amazing. Andrei was helpful throughout from a mix up on delivery dates, to helping with a technical problem with how I installed them, I couldn’t fault their support. Definitely worth buying from them!

Ordered an outdoor charger for my car as advertised, Victron IP65, money was taken from my account straight away, fair enough and a dispatch message sent the following day. All good so far. Followed the link for delivery. It didn’t exist. Looked at the reviews and became concerned. After two weeks called and left a polite message asking when it would arrive. No response. Four days later arrived via Royal Mail. However they dispatched it with a foreign plug on it, so not suitable for any UK outdoor socket. I’m only 200 miles away, why would I want a foreign plug. The delivery message from them suggests contacting them on their email address if there is an issue. I did. No response a month later.
Took my custom elsewhere to a nearer company. Had it within 24 hours with a UK plug attached, naturally.

Says 2-4 days delivery on website. When i phone, 2 weeks it willl take. You lost my trust

from ordering to receiving all good and at a great price.

Purchased some solar battery cables online so always a risk involved but this company was 1st class and had the goods a couple of days later. 👍

Junk solar stand - dont buy from these con men. Wouldnt give a full refund and lied about missing parts. No Instruction's were provided in the box and all parts were returned. When asked what parts were missing wasnt told. They said the stand had been officially tested but asked for futher details wasnt povided with anything. They said I should look at their links and youtube channel online without prooviding any links. They then sent links to wrong product with wrong sepcification. Absolute joke of a company. Even wrote to me to tell me that leaving honest reviews is arrogant.

Update-
The instructions should have been provided with the item. The item you sent the link for were not on the page that I purchased from and were for a completely different item as already explained. The instruction you send by email link have a completely different spec. The item was built to a reasonable expectation and would cetainly not have held the panels stated on the purchase page spec. I have seen a number of complaints stating the same fact for smaller panels and I'm sure I'm not the first customer you've tried to con in this manner

Item ordered but not received. Sent in a enquiry and got a phone call to explain that the shipment into their warehouse was delayed. In compensation they have offered to refund my shipping costs and it’s out with courier for delivery shortly, will keep you posted.

Ordered 3 x pylontech us5000 c1 they supplied them and they are working well with the others. No complaints. Would buy again from this company .
