They were very quick to deliver my car
They were very quick to deliver my car, the extra battery i ordered took a bit longer but I think that was more to do with dwp then voltage models, and customer services were great and quick to respond

This shop has been amazing for me my mrs messed up an order at Christmas she ordered the wrong car for me. So I contacted them and they stopped the delivery before it was to be sent out from the sorting office the morning of delivery. Then sent me the right car after I paid the diff. Unfortunately the esc died in the car and ive got a new one on the way the warranty was done in 24hrs an awesome guy called Jack really helped me out. I'd never buy from anywhere else I'd swear by these guys 100% .....

Super slow delivery and inconsistent service
In total I have made 5 orders with them just before the New Year! 2 orders came on time and no problem. Then my last 3 orders the delivery were a lot longer arrived more than 10 days after.
Apart from that it was ok!

You’re absolutely right that around the New Year period delivery performance can vary, especially when multiple orders are placed close together. While some parcels move straight through the network, others can unfortunately be delayed due to courier backlogs, which is clearly what happened with your last few orders. That said, waiting over 10 days is not the experience we want for any customer.
We’re glad to hear that 2 of your orders arrived on time without issue, but we do apologise for the inconsistency you experienced with the others. This is something we actively monitor with our couriers, particularly during peak periods, to improve reliability.
If you ever have an order that appears delayed, please don’t hesitate to contact us — we’re always happy to chase it up and keep you informed.

Customer service leaves much to be desired
Ordered a TRX4M and some accessories just before Christmas, one of the items was showing back order and I was forced to pay for shipping to post the item at a later date which I was happy to do so. Package arrived next day and inside was all items including the item that was showing as out of stock and therefore I was due a refund for the postage of the other Item. I contacted customer service via email and again over facebook messenger as I had no replies from the email. Jack replied to say he would sort this out after Christmas which I was fine with, I can appreciate it’s an extremely busy period. I’ve messaged a couple of times since and no reply. Not great customer service.

You were correct that, as all items arrived together, the additional shipping charge for the back-ordered item should have been refunded. There’s no excuse for the delay in resolving that or for the lack of response since Christmas, and I fully understand why that’s left you disappointed.
This was an unusually busy period, but that shouldn’t result in messages being missed, and I apologise that it did in this case. If you haven’t already, please contact us again directly (or reply to your original message) and I will personally ensure the refund is processed and confirmed for you without any further delay.

Good company.
Ordered FTX Vantage and it was sent out same day. Had an issue with DPD saying it was delivered when infact they had never even attempted delivery and just taken it back to the depot. Customer service replied to my email quickly with updates. Great price. All good but shame about DPD.

Well priced, Arrived when Expected and Looks Fine
The price point for this Radio Controlled Car Kit (which was on-sale at the time) was very competitive. The kit, which was was bought as a present, took a while to arrive via one of the Voltage Models suppliers but it was delivered when expected and was as described.
I cannot comment on the build quality as it is a gift but the kit looks fine.
