Our store is open six days a week from 9:00am to 5:30pm, and we ship nationwide. Upgrade to 4 star - I received a call from Tom to advise when it was about to be delivered and my partner is absolutely thrilled with the car. (Who knew there were so many accessories for these things!)
Review 2 star initially...
I still don't have my order. I have chased 3 times, each time getting a new suggested delivery date. Customer service guys are lovely but this is causing me stress. It is an expensive present needed for a birthday not Christmas. I hate giving a bad review but you shouldn't confirm a next day delivery when you don't have the stock on site. I'll happily give a second more positive review when my order is safely delivered.

Traxxas Slash Purchase Experience
The process of purchasing the Traxxas Slash from Volts Models proved to be an eventful yet ultimately rewarding experience.
At the outset, there were some difficulties regarding order placement and the availability of stock. These initial hiccups required several conversations with different members of staff at Volts Models, as I sought to resolve the issues and secure the model in time.
Despite these challenges, the staff at Volts Models remained true to their word and ensured that the Traxxas Slash was delivered. As it was a birthday present for my grandson, the timing was critical. Volts Models managed to deliver the model just in time, much to my relief and my grandson’s delight. He is thoroughly pleased with his new Traxxas Slash.
Despite the initial difficulties, I intend to return to Volts Models for future purchases of spares and accessories. Their extensive knowledge and broad selection of stock make them a valuable resource for enthusiasts.
