Totally fraudulent company. They will bill your credit card without notice. They are obviously desperate for cash as no reputable company would do this if they actually were worried about reviews.

A scam company. They stole my money. I subscribed and an hour later requested a refund because their software doesn't work and it didn't track my conversions. They refused to refund me which is a violation of European laws. Do not go near this company, they are a criminal enterprise.

Simply scammers, they will steal your money 100%.

If you're considering signing up for Voluum, please stop and read this carefully. My experience with this company has been nothing short of scandalous and a clear example of how not to treat customers.

I forgot to cancel a subscription I hadn't used for over a month. Zero activity, zero services utilized. I requested a refund **just minutes after seeing the charge on my credit card**, thinking that good faith and common sense would prevail. Instead, I hit a brick wall of rigid and inhumane interpretation of their "Terms and Conditions."

Despite asserting my right of withdrawal as a European citizen, which should allow me to withdraw from a service within 24 hours of purchase, Voluum categorically refused the refund. Their justification? I "consciously agreed to immediate access to the full functionality of the service," which, according to them, nullifies the right of withdrawal. This is a blatant way to circumvent fundamental consumer rights and demonstrates incorrect and untransparent conduct.

They even invited me to proceed with a chargeback, threatening to formally dispute it with all the "proof" that I accepted their terms. This attitude is not only unacceptable but also intimidating.

In summary: Voluum is only concerned with collecting payments, ignoring service non-use, consumer rights, and even immediate refund requests. Their customer support is inflexible and not solution-oriented. If you're looking for a service that respects its customers and the law, stay AWAY from Voluum.

There are many better alternatives on the market, such as **RedTrack, Binom, and ThriveTracker**, which are not only **more accessible and offer even more features**, but also **cost half the price**. Choose a service that values you as a customer, not one that traps you in abusive clauses.

I paid $850 to Voluum after they told me it would help with the reports I needed. After using it, I realized it didn’t do what they promised at all. When I asked for a refund, they refused to give my money back.

Feels like a scam — I don’t recommend Voluum at all. Be careful before giving them your money.

I had a rather complex funnel I wanted to set up and they guaranteed me they would help me with it they said they were going to sign somebody to me to help me and that for 2 weeks I would have somebody to be available to help me get everything set up. They failed to tell me that that person would only be available when I'm normally sleeping because they're in a totally different country and they don't have people working at the time that I'm normally awake here in america. So I wasted a couple thousand dollars on a piece of crap application that doesn't work and on non-existent support. Do not believe anything they tell you because they they just bait and switch and all you have to do is look at all the bad reviews here to know that this company will tell you anything to get your money and then they will abandon you as soon as they've got it and they will not give you a refund. Horribly unethical and immoral company

Voluum charged me USD 1,877.40 (AED 7,134.75) on a frozen card, exploiting a seconds-long unfreeze in June 2025, despite my April 2025 non-usage notice.
Voluum payment information and credit card Cancellation attempts failed, even with Dubai Police (Case Ref: 225004093887), and my card details remain on their site. Their August 6 response denies earlier cancellations and refuses a refund, citing PayPal Braintree.
I paid my credit card bill under duress (Ref: SR251629579-1-1).

I’ve been a paying Voluum subscriber for over 3 years without any issues. This July, I decided to redeem some of my loyalty points to get a 6-month subscription on Afflift — a feature Voluum offers to reward long-time users.

To my surprise, the request was rejected simply because my annual subscription ends at the end of July. That makes absolutely no sense, as the loyalty points are earned through past payments and should be usable until the end of the subscription period, as I see fit.

Customer support was terrible. No effort to resolve the issue, no flexibility, just a flat denial.

It’s no surprise so many affiliates are moving away from Voluum. The platform keeps getting worse — poor customer support, zero regard for loyal customers, and overall mismanagement. Very disappointing.

NO REFUND! I just got charged for the renewed subscribtion 1 hour before. This is a tool I haven't used for half a year, and they refuse to refund. They are really thives, terrible company, terrbile product. Never never use Voluum.

Canceled my Voluum subscription less than an hour after being charged and didn’t even use the platform, but they still refused to issue a refund. Support just pointed to their strict no-refund policy, which feels pretty unreasonable given the timing. If you’re looking for a tracking tool that’s more fair and flexible, I’d suggest checking out other options.

We agreed on a one-year subscription for approximately 18.000 euros. According to them, their product was a good fit for our business. However, because of our business structure, we were not sure it would work, so we asked for a termination clause. If the product does not work after one month, we can get a refund of the full amount.

After three months, the product still did not work. Every time, we needed to change something else according to them. Despite all the efforts from both sides, our dashboard still had no statistics.

After 4 months, we asked for a refund, but they did not want to give it because, according to them, it was still fixable. We are just tired of working with them and want a refund. Now, they are also very unresponsive. They reply once in 1-2 weeks now.

Conclusion: after 4 months, we do not have a working solution. Despite our agreement, they do not want to give us a refund. They are stealing our money. Do not work with this company!

Voluum is a product which is so bad in so many ways, that at some point you can’t help but laugh out loud. That is, until you realize you sunk well over a 1000 bucks into it, and spent a full week on getting it to work.

There’s a fair bit to unpack here, so let’s just start from the top.

If you’re buying Voluum you are doing so because you probably want to track your affiliate sales, most likely through paid campaigns. The way Voluum works though is so utterly confusing and needlessly complicated, that you’ll probably spent up multiple days to a full week on just figuring out the platform.

What doesn’t help is that the documentation is incredibly dense, poorly written and often outdated. Some critical pieces of documentation are missing in their entirety. And when I asked their support for help (in this case, setting up tracking for one of my partners), they told me they could do so for a sum of $149 - that is, if I’d provide them with all of the necessary documentation from said partner in advance.

At this point I could have gotten angry, but in a way I also felt impressed by how completely devoid of shame this company is. Imagine this: you’re asking for the most basic of support from a company where you just became a customer, and their first instinct is to slap you with a $149 bill.

Essentially, with Voluum nothing “just works”. Everything, from setting up tracking on your website to integrating partners to integrating Google Ads, is an absolute nightmare.

And it isn’t as if it *has* to be like this. A Voluum competitor which I switched to lets you set up all of this stuff in just a few hours - most of it is completely automated. This platform also offers way more features than Voluum and costs me about 1/5th of the price, which is mind-boggling (I won’t mention their name here because I don’t want to make it seem like I’m shilling for them. But if you want to know who they are, just Google my name and reach out to me.).

The thing that ultimately drove me to said competitor is that I found out after being neck-deep immersed Voluum, that the most important feature I purchased it for wasn’t included in my plan. I didn’t know this. And not only because this feature was buried somewhere deep in their specs list under an incredibly obfuscated term (“Postbacks for custom conversions”, which doesn’t cover what you need the feature for at all). But also because the feature is so basic, and so fundamental to what probably 95% of Voluum users want to use the platform for, that it didn’t even cross my mind that it might not be included in my plan (we’re talking here about passing back Google Ads conversions via API, which you need for tracking Google Ads sales - also applies for other ad networks).

In order for this to work, the Voluum support team kindly told me that I would have to upgrade from their €144 per month plan to their €577 per month plan.

(Just to put this into perspective, their competitor offers this feature already in their cheapest plan which costs €59 per month.)

At this point, I didn’t know whether I wanted to laugh or cry.

Bottom line: Voluum might be the worst piece of software conceived by one of the most scummy companies which ever graced the face of this earth. Credit where credit is due though: it is quite impressive to be such a rip off of a company and still be in business. Steer clear from them and preserve your time, money and sanity.

Didn't use the service for a while, forgot to cancel the yearly subscription, they billed us and when we asked for a refund(haven't even logged in the patform for 3-4 months) after seeing the email they refused our refund and send us to a set of abusive T&C.

Avoid at all cost, much better services on the market at lower cost and way better support and customer care.

Honestly, ever since I started using voluum tracker, my stats have increased significantly.

I made the mistake of trying this service, hoping it might suit my needs. They charged me $150 for the first month, and within a day, it was obvious this product was a complete disaster. The interface is clunky and confusing, and it's unnecessarily complicated to navigate. I didn’t even bother testing it with any campaigns—it was that bad.

Since there’s no demo and I hadn’t used the account at all, I thought it was reasonable to ask for a refund. But their so-called "customer support" was downright rude. Instead of understanding my situation, they condescendingly quoted their rigid terms of service and flat-out refused the refund.

This company clearly prioritizes squeezing money out of customers over delivering a functional product or basic decency in customer service. I wouldn’t recommend this to anyone—save your time, money, and sanity!

Voluum is an excellent tracker for affiliates. Their support is quite responsive too.

They are thieves. I don't recommend them at all. Their tool works terribly. It does not track well, it is difficult to configure (there are options much easier to use) and you risk a penalty from Google Ads for using their tool (it happened to us).
In addition, we wanted to unsubscribe one hour after they paid us for the month and they didn't want to give us our money back despite our obvious dissatisfaction with the service.
Be smart, look for a smarter option.

Voluume has been a great help for me when it comes to ad tracking. It provides an extensive range of features combined with a good customer support. The pricing can be a bit on the higher side, but for the value it provides it worth the investment.
