I signed up thinking that this was a good pricing point for what they seemingly offered - turns out it was just a bait-play and to do anything of meaning you need to upgrade your plan.
I requested a refund (without having used the tracking AT ALL) immediately after realising this and the support team was quick to get back to me with a "discounted upsell" - on respectfully declining, they have gone cold on me since.
Time to get in contact with the bank but disappointing to see - I have emails 3 times since so this wasn't a matter of someone missing my review.

I am extremely disappointed with RedTrack.io and their so-called support system. Their customer support is absolutely terrible and unhelpful. When users encounter issues—especially with setting up tracking—it takes an unbelievably long time for their team to respond, let alone solve the problem.
Instead of providing clear solutions or guidance, they keep delaying and leave users stranded. For a platform that advertises itself as user-friendly and efficient, their lack of timely support is unacceptable.
If you value your time and need prompt assistance with your tracking setup, I would highly recommend looking elsewhere. This experience has been nothing short of frustrating. RedTrack seriously needs to improve their support services to retain their customers.

THE WORST SUPPORT AND SYSTEM. DON'T WASTE YOUR TIME AND MONEY ON THIS PLATFORM.
2 months into Redtrack honest review
We spent 2 months onboarding Redtrack into our marketing tech stack and using it on a daily basis.
Here's what we found:
-Short summary, it's a great software with lots of advanced functionality, competitive pricing and a great CEO that seems experienced in this field.
-The cons:
1. The software is advanced and not always intuitive, coming from other major ad attribution platforms (Wicked Reports, Hydros, Segmetrics, Triple Whale etc) can make it hard to set up and get started. They are very different softwares in how they are structured but try to do similar things, as in figuring out your ad ROI. Redtrack interface feels the most aged one out of these, but its enough for what it needs to do and the mobile web version works suprisingly well on phone. Don't bother with their mobile app, it seems not updated compared to web version.
2. Even though the support team is responsive, their onboarding experience could be improved a lot. And if you want to figure out inaccurate tracking or tracking problems, prepare to be the one steering that troubleshooting to the end result you need. For us, there was a lot of back and forth required to convince the Redtrack team that tracking was not working well before they started acting on it. There was also a general sense of not wanting to put in too much effort. They could easily check these things as part of the onboarding experience or add functionality into the platform for it in terms of "Click Loss" metric. Every customer signing up to their service needs this. Why they have not done that in all these years is a very good question to ask.
3. There is only Last Click attribution model available. They have First Click as an option too but you cannot have both same time on a single account, and the Redtrack team will steer you towards Last Click as being the only tested model on their side, so you'll end up with Last Click pretty much no matter what you do. I find this the most major drawback of their product, one needs First Click reporting for proper leadgen and awareness campaigns in 2024 and why they don't integrate Last Click and First Click into the reports like all their ecom tracking competitors has done is also a very good question to ask. If this does not get released in 2024 we will likely abandon Redtrack towards the end of the year. Linear attribution would also be a major feature they will eventually need to look at, they support a lot of Cost update from different ad platforms, among the best in the market on this, so having Linear attribution that divide Cost over several ad touchpoints makes a lot of sense to make as a feature.
4. Leadgen Lead events are only pixel triggered, as in you have to add a conversion pixel in GTM to fire Lead event in Redtrack. There is no direct integrations with common ecom email marketing softwares such as Klaviyo or Mailchimp. So Redtrack cannot listen to when a new email lead appears in your CRM or later when they buy like many other ecom attribution platforms can. It would provide better tracking out of the box for all customers if it could do this, as in listening to any form submissions across all pages/domains that have Redtrack tracking code and crossreference that with what emails flow into the CRM. Then no manual pixels would need to be added either.
Overall, if you are technically inclined, have appropriate time available for setup, testing and possible troubleshooting, and find yourself in need of a Click tracker with some automation features, realtime tracking and lots of CAPI integrations, Redtrack is an excellent choice. We believe that most of the negative reviews on here stem from the problem of not enough help/guidance/checking during onboarding and problems with tracking accuracy because of it. And since Redtrack in its essence is a tracking product, it either stands or falls on this.
Wrong stats, bad automation, worst support
If you want the best tracker that would waste your money, go with RedTrack. I've wasted thousands of dollars because of these guys.
1) They had the wrong template for BuyGoods.com (affiliate network) so when I set it up, the integration did not work.
2) Huge stats discrepancies all the time. My traffic source says something, they something completely different. 50%+ discrepancies in reporting costs.
3) Their automation to automatically pause widgets SUCK. I take screenshots and show them that the rule happened and it needs to execute, nothing happens and their support is no help whatsoever.
4) If you even dare to ask for compensation for the losses they have caused you, they just ignored you.
5) Today I log in to try to see a widget ID report for one of my campaigns, and all the data shows as "N/A". Awesome.
I thought they were a better deal than Voluum so I went with them, but they are the worst of the worst, to be honest.
Stay clear and save your money. Pay for a proper tracker instead. These guys couldn't care less.

We on boarded with Redtrack with guarantee that they would refund us if the tracking was not correct and we can terminate our subscription.
As we were implementing we went through the sales number and it was over 40% discrepancy on the tracking and therefor we decided to not move forward, their on boarding agent asked to screen share, which we did - we sent screenshot of our database dashboard where we managing our sales.
After this they stopped responding to us, luckily i used paypal to pay with and i put in a Request for refund.

update: We disputed this payment to Paypal and Redtrack could just refund us as agreed, now they instead counter disputed it so I have to send in even more evidence, this show me what type of company this is.
DONT BUY ANY OF THEIR SERVICES:
1. its bad, does not work
2. They are not trustworthy and basically steal your money
3. they dont keep their promises
An Honest Tracker Review
I have used many trackers over the past 5 years of running Native, Pop and Facebook traffic and I have to say I was really impressed with Red Tracks platform. Not only was there all the functionality I wanted and needed, but it was priced right. It doesn't matter if you are a beginner or running a ton of traffic you will be very happily surprised with their system. On top of that their support has been amazing (better than any other platform i have been on).

Excellent company. I'm particularly happy with Redtrack.io because they invest the time to make sure that their solution works well for you.
I use a somewhat unusual method of advertising, but the team spent several hours of their precious time to make sure their solution was fit for purpose.
Furthermore, the tracker does not seem to be plagued with difficulties that I have experienced with other trackers, namely a deluge of spam traffic that renders other tools functionally useless.
Redtrack blocks these spam bots at source, meaning you can focus on what you want : advertising and making money!
Highly recommended.

I always suggest RedTrack to my clients when they need a complex funnel stitching solution for their web portals as well, i.e. have many inbound traffic sources and outbound offers — a setup that goes beyond the standard landing page with a list of offers.

Excellent service overall
I only used RedTrack for a month, but I really enjoyed my experience. It's a great tracker for the price, does most of the things you would ever need, and if you need more you can always talk to the support which was kind enough to contact me by skype and continuously offer support with any issues I was facing.

Perfect tracker for affiliate marketing
I have been using redtrack.io tracker for over an year and quite happy with it. The best thing i like about is ease of setup and use even for the beginners in affiliate marketing. It has all advance features which a good tracker should have. Their support team is good. I liked the way they add new features. I needed split campaign and their support team helped me to set it up. Recently they added integration with google analytics, which is really cool.

I started to use RedTrack at the end of June 2019 because of arbitrage between push traffic and Lead Gen Campaigns for Forex brokers.
After Voluum usage, support of Redtrack is much more active, fast, they are real problem-solvers. Also, they supported me from scratch due to absence of experience from my side till first 3 campaigns in Redtrack.
Also, pricing of Redtrack is much more easier and cheaper.
A lot of my friends use Redtrack for SEO projects as well and they are more that satisfied.
