New car purchase
Paul was really helpful and knowledgeable throughout the whole process of purchasing a new car. Nothing was too much trouble and Paul kept me regularly updated throughout.
On collection of the car Paul demonstrated all of the features and made sure I was fully happy with the car.
I would highly recommend Volvo Poole and Paul.

Painless purchase of a Selekt XC40
We purchased an older Selekt XC40 recently and have to say the process was smooth, painless & professional. There was no hard sell and Jordan was very helpful with a couple of towbar related issues. He even organised a last minute SMART repair to the bumper.
We also liked the handover process with the car cover and large bow. It’s only a small thing but a nice touch, something we have only ever had with new cars before.
From this experience we would use them again.

Excellent service throughout. Elena was fantastic, friendly and efficient throughout the process of part exchanging my old car for a new XC40. Elena made the experience of purchasing my new car an absolute pleasure from my initial phone contact, personalised video of the car I was interested in and then the test drive and purchase.

Recently bought a used XC40 from Volvo…
Recently bought a used XC40 from Volvo Cars Poole and it was worth every one of the 130 miles of the round trip. Beautiful car and great service from Jordan who was there for me every step of the way. Friendly, knowledgeable and very helpful, nothing was too much trouble for him. Hot chocolate was very welcome and the big blue bow a nice touch too :o) Would not hesitate to recommend both Volvo Cars Poole and Jordan Fleet. Many thanks.

Seamless transition throughout the purchasing process. We were looked after by Jordan Fleet who we found to be friendly, knowledgeable and nothing was too much trouble. He kept us informed throughout the process and followed up a few days later to check everything was OK.

This is my 3rd Volvo XC60 in a row. I have been a customer of Volvo Poole for many years and my experience with them, especially when compared with some other Volvo dealerships, has been very positive.
For my most recent purchase, Jordan was my contact person. He proved himself to be very knowledgeable and capable in all the aspects required to complete the sale. He was very friendly and was a man of his word.
The whole process from sales discussion to driving off with the new vehicle, was very professional, competent and efficient.
I look forward to maintaining my relationship with Volvo Poole for many years to come.

Great communication, polite, and very accommodating. Jordan is a very easy guy to deal with. I travelled 150 miles to purchase my Volvo ex30 from them and would do so again for future purchases.
