I bought a car last month from Vortex cars, the service I experienced was excellent. I travelled from Northern Ireland which I thought was going to be a hassle at first but the staff went out of their way and collected me from the airport and made the whole experience very straight forward and hassle free. Also before travelling I was sent a detailed video of the car I was purchasing. Would recommend this company

Can’t speak highly enough of Scott and Matt, Matt helped me find the car I wanted after a few weeks, really patient with me as I’m ultra fussy, so far so good with my car

Fabulous experience from start to finish. I would highly recommend using this used car dealership. Always feels daunting buying a used car, but I was immediately put at ease, i took the car for a test drive, noticed a couple of hairline scratches, that wasn’t an issue they took care of it by the collection date. I was offered extended warranty, but chose not to take it, now out of their warranty and I’ve had no issues. Finance options were discussed but I chose not to take this out as funding was already in place.

DO NOT BUY A CAR FROM THESE PEOPLE!! sold a bad car and they wouldn’t fix it, after spending £14k!! There warranty company is a joke, they stalled me until the warranty was out!! I’m returning the car and putting it in the owner Scott’s name!!

Matt at Vortex Cars is just the kind of guy you want to sell you a car. The service was amazing, everything was smooth and an easy process, there was no pressure at all anywhere throughout the whole experience. They even let me go and inspect the car on my own without supervison for as long as I wanted to make sure I was happy with it before actually purchasing it. Overall I would rate my experience 5 stars and will certainly be buying from them again.

I cannot recommend the folks at Vortex Cars highly enough. From start to finish my experience was extremely positive. They are helpful when needed but allow you time and space to view the cars and reflect on your choices. No hard sell whatsoever. Communication excellent and again customer led.
The car was valeted ready for collection as agreed, with all paperwork ready and well ordered. I was given the time to talk through the car to ensure I was comfortable driving away.
I dealt mainly with Matt but all of the guys there were friendly and helpful....I know absolutely nothing about cars which can be a bit daunting and sometimes intimidating but would confidently return here again.

The service I received from matt at vortex cars was excellent the car was ready for me to drive away as son as I got there, he explained everything and completed all the paper work and set a direct debit for the tax and I was on my way home within half an hour of arriving at the showroom..
