I own two businesses, and Vox Nutrition is the by far the worst customer service/outside vendor experience that I have ever encountered. Multiple lies, avoidable delays, and just a consistent unprofessional mess. Very "amateurish" and it seemed like they genuinely do no not know what they are doing. After TRYING to work with them for 9 months, I just had to pull the plug. Literally NOTHING was getting done. I have all the emails to prove this as well.

I am writing to warn others about Vox Nutrition and express my extreme dissatisfaction with the experience I recently had with Vox Nutrition company. We purchased a batch of Biotin supplements from Vox Nutrition, only to discover the supplements had only a year before their expiration. Despite bringing this issue to your attention, we were met with a disappointing response.

Not only did Vox Nutrition sell us illegal Biotin supplements, but when we requested a replacement or reimbursement for the cost of the supplements, our request was flat out refused. This lack of accountability and failure to rectify the situation is unacceptable and reflects poorly on their commitment to customer satisfaction.

I will caution others on Trustpilot against shopping at Vox Nutrition if they are seeking reliable products and good customer service. The disregard for quality control and the dismissive attitude towards customer concerns have left a lasting negative impression on our company.
It is disheartening to encounter such poor business practices, especially when dealing with essential products like supplements that directly impact the health and well-being of consumers. We expected better from a company like Vox Nutrition and are deeply disappointed by the lack of professionalism demonstrated in this situation.

Moving forward, we will seek legal advise as our next step to resolve this issue. We will also seek alternative suppliers who prioritize customer care and product quality. I urge Vox Nutrition to reevaluate its policies and practices to prevent similar incidents from reoccurring in the future. But until they do DO NOT BUY FROM VOX NUTRITION.
