Terrible Costumer Service, Don't buy
I order a V3 Bottle Shaker in November and it has not been delivered to me yet. I have contacted a customer service rep over 12 times via email requesting for a refund, and they have still not processed my refund, refusing to each time. Even though I have not received my item. I would highly discourage anyone from buying Umoro products as their customer service is shockingly terrible. Even the tracking number they gave me is BS. 3 months later without my bottle and $40 down the drain, I can safely say that this company has one of the worst customer care.
