VR-ROCK 

Ho ordinato tramite ordine 19821 un paio di lenti aggiuntive per metaquest3 con aggancio magnetico. Ho ricevuto invece un paio di lenti normali. Dopo un contatto con il servizio clienti mi hanno rimandato il prodotto giusto e mi hanno fatto come omaggio la maschera in silicone. Massima serieta’. Consigliati.

I ordered on 29.10. 2024 lenses for the Quest 3, everything was well described on the site, I sent the order and waited, the package also arrived in Germany but in the last station where it was to be distributed for delivery it disappeared, I contacted VR Rock and asked for a solution, whereupon they started a search order with DHL, unfortunately this was not successful, at some point I received an e-mail that a new package was on its way, it arrived and I was mega happy, the product is well made and I actually have no more eye pain, I actually only wear glasses for driving and didn't know that was really necessary for VR, I am very satisfied with it, I can play longer and read texts more clearly in games. A clear purchase recommendation for me. And many thanks for the good support and for solving my problem :)

I need to edit my poor review below, based on new information. In summary, although my eye prescription is weak (which led me to believe VR-Rock were making excuses for the manufacture delay), when my Quest 3 lenses finally arrived I realised that one lens was completely wrong. I had accidentally given a figure of 5.0 in the order, when it should have been 0.50.

They sent me a free gift as an apology for the delay and have offered a new lens with the correct prescription for only $19.

I think 4 stars is fair in the light of the original delay and poor communication but overall, I would now recommend them for Quest 3 lenses.

Look carefully at the 5-star reviewers here, most of which have just 1 review on Trustpilot. My experience is poor, resulting in me having to go to my credit card company and request a refund that way. I placed an order at the beginning of October and noticed that the tracking link showed no progress. I queried this and was told that it was because my prescription was complicated (it's actually very simple and mild), there was a delay of 3 days. 10 days passed and I raised the issue again, receiving EXACTLY the same email in return, word-for-word. Needless to say, I don't trust them, now.

Come per il primo ordine anche nel secondo sono rimasto molto soddisfatto per la qualità e la robustezza dei materiali.
Il sistema, oltre che calzare a pennello nel visore, è molto pratico e funzionale.
Ricevuti in 10 giorni circa, ottime tempistiche.
Ottimo feedback anche per il servizio pre e post vendita, squisitamente gentili e professionali.

I got these and I can see better and it's got more space my glasses ain't on my temple and it's comfortable and easy to install

The lenses arrived quicker than initially suggested, they were in perfect condition, they come in a nice hardshell storage case, they fit the headset and I can see perfectly well without my glasses now. So yeah, 5 star.

Great price. They where the cheapest i could find and using discount code VrRock10off the price was even cheaper! Took 14 days for the quest 3 prescription lenses to arrive in the uk using the free delivery. I could have paid extra for faster delivery but wasnt in a rush.

There was some fingerprints on the lenses but once cleaned they where clear and scratch free. They come in a nice storage case and the lenses are marked L and R. Although the markings are quite small and difficult to notice at first.

Overall quite pleased with the purchase and would recommend them. It so much easier using the headset with prescription lenses compared to glasses.

They do not publish any reviews on their own website that aren't 5 stars (or very rarely a 4 star review). You can see this yourself with just a 35% rate of published verified purchase reviews. This is compared to rates of around 98% on actual trustworthy sites' reviews.

You can check this for yourself on the review platform they use which is called Judge.me (I can't put a link to it directly since that's not permitted, but you can go there and search for their reviews and see the 35%).

I have been playing vr daily for years now. Got myself a quest 3 and on Christmas day ordered some prescription lenses from this company. I paid for express shipping and was blown away by them arriving just 5 days later. Simple to fit, exceptional value and a flawless interaction. Will use again for a new set for my index headset.

Gonna walk back my previous review as it was my own fault things went wrong with the prescription. Also their customer service is very good, they operate right through Christmas and were very polite and helpful.

However there is one problem - they don't supply anything in the way of instructions with the lenses, which is a shame as they actually seem pretty good. Just make completely sure you've got your prescription correct!

Also I'm still not best pleased with the courier leaving it out on my doorstep, it's not just that someone might have stolen it, if I hadn't been around I might have got burgled as a result. So they lose a mark for that as well. Sorry!

However I'll see how the revised prescription turns out (It was my fault they got it wrong in the first instance)

Ordered prescription lenses for xreal air's as even with all the coatings they were about half the price of xreal's lens partner. Received less than 2 weeks after ordering which I thought was pretty good for prescription lenses shipped from china. Lenses are perfect. No distortion, no scratches as others have reported. Very happy with them. Would recommend from my experience. Maybe pay with PayPal in case you have issues.

Bad communication, i had to pull the info. They did not send the lenses on time (payed 35€ for priority package) and then made excuses to not return the shipping money. Poor professionals.

Took a little longer than I'd hoped but they fitted perfectly and worked brilliantly in my Quest 3. Would easily recommend

Terrible I would never buy anything from this company ever again. I ordered psvr2 lenses when I received them and tried them out they crush the bridge on my nose. When I contacted vr rock online chat they were not interested. I cannot use the lenses from vr rock and will have to order a new pair of lenses for my psvr2 from a different company.

Do not use this company. If you don't read any further take note of this. They do not do Refunds.

I purchase some HP G2 lenses beginning of Fed 23 they turned up a month later no tracking no information, thought I had been scammed. When I opened the box and tried to put them on to the headset I know I had been scammed £60 and they didn't even fit cheap rubber surround that the lenses fell out of.

I contact them and they said there's a new design they will send me.... So they knowingly sent out useless products??

End of March no sign of the replacement lenses, I contact VR Rock again and they must of forgotten about me as they said the have just came in and will sent them the next day .... I smell something ???? I tell them if they haven't sent them already then please don't, I will send the faulty ones back and to give me a refund... ignored my request and sent them anyway.....

Trying to get a refund they are saying they don't have any previous chat messages and don't understand why I want to return the product. They are running me around in circles and now they said They don't do Refunds.

Do not use this company.

Le lenti sono arrivate dopo 2 settimane circa e mi sono trovato decisamente bene. Avrei preferito delle istruzioni all'interno ma ho scoperto che c'è un video su youtube che spiega tutto!
Prezzo, tutto sommato, onesto. Consigliato.
