Haven't been using the cbd vape for long but so far so good

Order confirmed on 27/08/22 with 48hrs delivery. It is 02/09/22 and no item arrived. Royal Mail has no information about item.

Must admit after searching for a few weeks and reading countless reviews on CBD Vapes I went for the VSAVI one. I'm delighted with it. One of the best, if not THE best, vapes I've ever had.

Amazing service from Vsavi! Ordered my goods at 12-53pm Tuesday with normal free delivery, got email at 14-13pm saying goods were dispatched and they were delivered this morning Wednesday at 10-45am! Very Impressed! Been buying from Vsavi for a good few years now, products are good and reasonably priced and as you see the delivery service is impeccable 👌 Would highly recommend this company.

False advertising on their site.

I purchased the green mood cartridge and in the description, there is a link to a vape that is recommended:
For use with batteries with a standard 510 thread like the XEO Clearomizer Kit, these versatile disposable cartridges are perfect for vaping CBD oil on the go.

I bought the vape that the link directs the user to.
The vape does not work with this cartridge.

I then went on to contact cust services and the responses had no empathy and were very short.
I was told to return any unopened items however, If I have bought on VSAVI recomendation I opened the items to test.

I then asked if one of their products on their site works with the Green Mood Cartridge:
Does the below work with the green mood cartridges See attached

Vsavi reply: Hi No it does not.

I then ask in another email: Which one on your website does then?
Vsavi reply:
We doo not have any product in stock at the moment.

I find it shocking that I am having to drive the convesration in asking what product in would work with - I would have thought VSAVI would want to have recurring customers and help/suggest products that will work.

I am genuinely baffled at the responses from VSAVI and very disappointed with their customer services replies, lack of empathy, and lack of suggestions for products that would work with the green mood cartridges even after their false advertinsing.

I spent close to £100 on the e-cigarette and numerous e-liquids and to be brutally honest there was no real flavour to any of the products! Just a mild hint of flavour. I also bought 4 different heads so there was no chance of the one being faulty. I will see how their customer service handles my complaint as this product does not match the description.

tried to buy it on line said it was unsafe ,so rang up to buy over phone they said no record of buying on line ,so canceled phone order and on line order arrived.

This is the first time I have tried CBD and found that it does help with relaxation. VSAVI have been great in fulfilling my order even though their original carrier could not find my address.
