Delivery was awful
Delivery was awful!
Paid for next day delivery in the 5th, finally got the order delivered on the 12th, very frustrated as I desperately needed the product.
First attempt to deliver the parcel was on the 10th, 5 days after the order had taken place, no card left to say they had attempted delivery and no attempt to leave with neighbour! Shocking service.
Not sure I would order from vsavi again.

The courier made two attempt to deliver your parcel...the first attempt failed as there was no one available to receive the parcel hence the delay...The courier will always make a second attempt to deliver...The second attempt was successful.

vsavi scammed?
bought the pro series 3 vape pen for £40 (over priced for what u get) been trying to buy a ceramic cartridge for weeks now to replace the poor quality wick based cartridge that it comes with,i called customer services today to ask when they will get them in stock again and was told they probably wont be in stock again as they are having troubles getting the manufacturer to make them and yet they are still showing it as an option to purchase on their website,very misleading and very dissapointing product,i have had pens half the price that are better than the one i bought,will not buy any products from this company again!
