None of the one star reviews on this page are from actual Vulcan customers. There is no proof of purchase, no proof of any genuine interaction, and no evidence that these reviewers have ever used Vulcan products. Several reviews originate from countries where Vulcan does not conduct business. Vulcan has never sued anyone for leaving a negative review. That narrative is false. These reviews are not based on customer experience and exist solely to promote an online smear campaign driven by third party content. Trustpilot permits unverified reviews without requiring proof of purchase or interaction. As a result, this page does not reflect real customer feedback. Prospective customers should rely on verified purchase reviews and direct communication with Vulcan when evaluating our products.

Telling a small business to “just go bankrupt” has nothing to do with a real customer issue. It is what happens when people swallow an influencer’s narrative and decide punishment matters more than facts.
