Fuse sucks, they cheat you 50% of the time, they leak in your mouth and then you have bang them on a napkin to clear them for a few good puffs then you start all over again, I’m done with these rip offs!!!! Their quality control is the worst I’ve ever seen!!!

Im having the same problem with useless pods and burnt carts. This is very inconsistent and used to be much better quality. I will no longer buy them until the issue is resolved. That's about ten bucks a day just from one person. How much is cutting corners costing vuse?!

I use to love the rechargeable vuse e-cigs but their CHARGERS ARE JUNK! They stop charging after just a couple weeks.
The pods also jumped up in price by $5-$6 over night. Im pretty sure the supply and demand or cost to make them didn’t just increase seemingly over night.
I’m not willing to pay more money for a junk product and I’m switching out to a different alternative product that’s cheaper and is more durable.

Yall owe me like 300$.. everytime i buy a 4 pack or 2 pack i get one cart that is full but hits like its empty. Got tired of it and actually called cust support a few times... ive called customer support stating this issue they said they sending coupons and a 10$ refund check that was 3 months ago.got nothing... ive been using vuse since 2019 and imagine how many carts ive gotten since then that were full but hit like its empty and is useless and needs to be thrown out

I placed an order on January 4 and they’re telling me I’ll get on February 1. Why is it taking so long also who delivers the package ups usps FedEx?

Taste is very good but battery life Is the worst on the market would not recommend them to anyone

Well this pointless,these guys dont respond .
Defective pods( different colors and ones that just dont work) and they wont acknowledge us. Soon as i find another vapour not made in china ill try them.

I have bought at least 20 packs of these (at 25.00/ea after tax) that have not worked. Buyer beware, not a good product, and customer service does not care.

Review is not so much about the product, but more about customer service. I orded from vuse on the 23rd of December completely aware there would be delays. This was dispatched on the 24th, following an email from the courier advising they had receive it and was waiting processing to go out for delivery. The 24th was a Saturday and 25th a Sunday. The 26th and 27th were bank holidays so I was excepting everything to be stopped. I receive an update from the courier on the 28th apologising for the delay. This would be the last update I ever receive from them. I have explained this to vuse that said I had to wait 5 working days even though I am pretty sure I have bought this as next day delivery. I have also explained to vuse that the address I was using to have the package dispatch to was not my house and after the 4th of January I would be travelling to other addresses. Today is the 7th of January, a second package was dispatched, with same courier that who knows when I am going to get it. I got an extra disposable vape for my “inconvenience”, when I have also explained to vuse that I had to be spending extra money buying units in other retailers, being charged more. Will definitely not use again

Terrible! Last no time at all! Go for elf bar who actually last more than 500 puffs. You get less than half with these🤒

Vuses were good color and taste. But in the middle of the year 2022 the vuses were tasting nasty and they started looking darker like they are burnt. Half way through the good one's they're turning dark also they have NO taste. All the flavors are this

PLEASE PUT THEM BACK THE WAY THEY WERE.

UPDATE!!! I wrote a review titled Furious. I was told by someone that the 2 pod pack of Vuse are much better. The past few weeks have bought about 10 boxes of the 2 pods in golden 5.0 and knock on wood, have NOT received a bad pod. Doesn’t make sense to me. So, if you still like Vuse but hate the dark ones, start buying the 2 pod box instead. Hope this works out better for you. Hope this helps 😁🙏

About 2months ago vuse did a huge price leap ($5.00) I thought OK now I won't get any stinky brown colored pods. I was way way WRONG. The brown nasty tasting pods are ALL I get. They have a BAD quality control system. Or they don't give a s$#t. I would say the last one to be correct. Can't someone get the better business bureau on VUSE because they are just selling a bad product and VUSE KNOWS IT. VERY MAD CONSUMER😡😡😡

ZERO stars. Today is the last day I smoke or invest any more money in Vuse. I was shocked how much less I smoked when I switched to these from the JUUL pods and thought these were my new go to. Until, I began discovering that every four pack had one or 2 fresh pods and the rest were dark and nasty looking. I eventually just started smoking the dark nasty ones since they are about $27 a four pack. Now it seems the pods constantly suddenly just stop working when they are half full. I’ve burned, literally so much money on these pods, it’s just not worth it anymore. What a scam of a company.

I spend so much money on these BURNT pods. They are dark in color, fresh out of the package & taste burnt on the 1st hit. I go to the gas station that opens them until I get clear ones and they sent a bunch of back to the company and the company recently sent something back saying that they are not burnt. It’s funny though because previously I had made a complaint and sent him pictures and they gave me coupons for free ones. So they know they are bad. This is a complete crap and I’m switching to something else and I hope everyone else does too.

Worst vape I have ever had! I bought these as a last resort due to my favourite brand elfbar not being in stock in the store I went to. The product had the awful burnt taste from the first puff. £10 down the drain I'm furious!

I'm Tired of wasting my money. I use to really enjoy Vuse but now 95% of my pods are unsmokeable after just a few hits. Why is this happening and nothing being done to fix it? I have about 20 pods now that are disgusting to try and smoke. I'm ready to find a new brand or just quit.

Would rather defecate in my hands and clap than ever use one again. Do not buy this product. Bought 3 in one week and none of them lasted until the end of it. Boycot this product.

3/4 pods are burnt lol (literally unbearable and should be illegal to be sold), I think because they use China to manufacture the pods to cut costs, I've had to quit earlier this year because the pods were not smokable.

The vuse go xl, apparently 1500 puffs, i counted every drag to see how much there actually is. Now, if it was 1100 to 1500, i woudlnt write this review. But they advertise 1500 puffs, and i got exactly 761 drags before it went out.

I tried contacting but apparently, its impossible i have Vuse product in quebec canada.. funny cause my local corner store has plenty.

No help offered whatsoever. Waste of 25$.

Tl;dr, 1500puff disposable vuse only gave me 761 drags. Half the advertisment.
