I bought a vuse alto vape less than 2 weeks ago at a marathon gas station in hamden Ohio,an it won't hit at all it was fine yesterday got up this morning and took a hit and it wouldn't hit period.. You can't tell me that the coils burnt out in less than 2 weeks
Very unsatisfied customer I was very let down by vuse because I had Friends recommend vuse vape I had high hopes that I would enjoy vuse,I can't say they are all like the one i got or i just happened to get a bad vape, but i don't like spending money on something i can't use..
I would really like it if vuse company would make it right and exchange this vape thank you Angie Coleman..

Do not purchase vuse products!!! I have waisted so much money on these pods over the last 2 years! It’s rare that you will get a pod that works and tastes good. It’s the biggest scam and I don’t know how they are still in business. The pods taste like burn and have no flavour! They were perfect before no problems and now they are horrible!!! Customer service is a joke they don’t care at all. I’m done with them.

Terrible delivery service. No communication with regards to delayed delivery. this below statement does not guarantee a delivery I suppose because its a free delivery. 5 days and still no delivery and not even aware of where my products are....lol

Every time I buy a vuse the nicotine juice is so dark and nasty tasting and burns out the coil so fast just wasting my money for months now, you can’t find a good clean vape of the 5% rich tobacco.
Don’t you guys do quality control?
You should be embarrassed to sell your products so poopy!

Don't waste your money on this garbage,their batteries are total garbage,the first one I bought lasted a month,the second one a week and then like a dummy I bought one more to try and use up the pods I bought and it took one charge and quit.All three times they did it without notice and left me with bad cravings.

The estimation of 700 puffs can only be if performed consecutively.
I always thought that these things seemed to run out quickly, but figured I must have lost count of the amount of times I used it.
Cut to last night. Went to the shop, bought 2 vuse go 700. Opened one, used it for 5 pulls. Did this twice more whilst out because I went to a pub and you couldn't vape inside.
Afterwards I went home. Didn't use it on the way home and used it twice for approx 5 at home before bed. At work today, I go on break and go to use my vape and it's flashing that it's run out.

These vape are a scam. It's not based on puffs. It's based on battery. As soon as you take the first pull, that battery is like sand in an hour glass. Once it's gone, it's gone.

700 should have lasted days. This barely made 12hrs and I was asleep for 7 of them.

VUSE IS TERRIBLE!!! HAD TO BUY 3 NEW IN A MONTH BECOUSE THEY WONT CHARGE, AND I DID CLEAN IT. JULL IS WAY BETTER, IM GOING TO STICK TO THAT AND I ADVISE EVERYONE TO DUMP VUSE AND TRY JULL, WAY BETER!!!

Hey there, so here is my problem. I’ve been using vapes for almost 3 years and I’ve never had problem before. I like to try the new flavors and new brands too. However, when I use vuse, I get like sudden headaches and dizziness right after 1 or 2 puffs. I want them to improve its quality.

The vuse blueberry ice would all I use but now they have changed flavour absolutely vile won't be using again vile

Vuse flavours were excellent and the product one of the best....now i can only describe the flavours as disgusting and un-vapable leaving you coughing and sick. The colours changed from a clear liquid to a dark brown in the Blueberry, Strawberry and Grape which were the best flavours now tasting nothing like these fruits. The flavour is indescribable , acrid, burnt, harsh, heavy, tannic, sickly and nauseating. Previously smooth and fruity.

The coil burns out (or something) about half way through each pod and makes the rest unusable, the pod simply won't burn anymore. I use the "rich tobacco" pods and I have found that if the color of the juice is a light golden color its going to be fine and I can use the whole pod, but if its a darker brown color, I will get to about half way through, and it stops burning. If I buy two 2-packs, only 1 in 4 will be the light golden color. The quality control on this product is god-awful and has wasted sooooooo much of my money.

The Vuse Go vape is a scam. It clearly states on the packaging that it can achieve upto 700 puffs. This is utterly untrue. I bought mine at 6 pm Monday night & it was dead Tuesday morning. The company are lying to you I have worked in engineering & electronics most of my life & there is no way any lithium battery the size of that used in the go could get anywhere near the quoted 700 puffs. My friend doesn't get 700 puffs from a massive rechargable vape with 2 large lithium batteries. This company needs a run in with UK TRADIDING STANDARDS.

livid with the cost of buying expensive pods…flavor is a crap shoot. on many of the refills i’ve bought, the liquid is too dark and tastes horrible. never buying this stupid inconsistent product again. bye.

Tried three different tastes and the worst vapes in the history. Don't buy this lame a s called vapes unless you want to have perfume taste in your mouth. Really really a bad smoking vapes. Never again!!!!!!!

I received my monthly subscription what I have been getting for the past 6 months cream tobacco flavour. Up on opening I noticed the packaging was different but didn't realise that the whole thing had completely changed. When I vaped the liquid I realised it tasted disgusting and is nothing like the usual creamy tobacco I usually get. I have ended my subscription sent it all back I am very very disappointed that the ingredients have changed and the taste is so different .this is not even just a slight difference its has changed massively.I have tried other vape flavor of this brand but nothing is the same and I will be taking my.custom else where l. Not happy at all.

Been with Vuse on subscription for 2 years loved blueberry ice then I’m this months delivery without warning the pods have completely changed. The colour was dark, smell off and taste awful. I thought it must be a bad packet opened another box and they were the same. Made a complaint the sent me a single pack of 2 pods when I have 20 packets sitting unable to be used, open that one and it’s exactly the same. Several emails later and they come back to say the ingredients have been changed. Surely they should have warned customers on subscriptions! I now have to send them all back before they will refund my £145 and still have to go buy alternatives. Subscription now cancelled, will never use again!

Have been using disposable mint ice vuse go. For some reason the taste has completely changed. It is disgusting, and I should thank vuse go for this as I will no longer be vaping!

Just purchased my usual Grape Ice pods. On opening (ie making it too late to return) I saw that the colour had changed completely. I then proceeded to puff and the taste is totally different - not pleasant. Contacted customer services and said that if the flavour had changed, they should make this clear on the website. They couldn’t really care less. Will be finding an alternative
