I have raised a charge back woth my bank. I signed up for the new customer bonus and deposited £15, no bomus was credited. When I spoke to customer services they told me that I would need my balance to drop to £1 before they could credit any bomus this was not stipulated beforehand and is not in the t&c. Please avoid and do not provide your passport/drivers licence report through your bank.

Don’t use this casino they don’t pay any withdrawals. I’ve been waiting for my withdrawal now since the 16th of November for £210 and they won’t even acknowledge the fact that they owe it to me. They keep saying they’ve got security concerns and they are doing their security checks and then that’s all they’ll tell me so I recommend nobody joining them.

Raging had to give it 1 star. Shambles, waiting over a month for a withdrawal just to be hit with the same excuses, security check, high volume acitivity , horse shite! Have a feeling I won’t ever see my winnings.

Unsolicited text messages with url shorteners redirecting me to your website! if there not from you directly you ought to be pursuing the people responsible, And ask them why are they advertising your casino for free?

Unsolicited emails from a domain that cannot be blocked since the domain has been blocked but emails still arrive in junk pretty regular.
Promoting a rip off casino no doubt since it would appear the licence is fake and the t&c's are not good.
It is also a very recently opened casino with the company recording yearly profits of around £1m which in casino terms is small.
Curacao based so take your chances.
